Moved here in April, I've had a pleasure to get to know most of my neighbors and the management. We purchased a newer model unit and truly it is a beautiful home. The park is very nice and so are the neighbors. Everyone is friendly but they stay to themselves and don't involve themselves in everything. Yes, the homes are a mix of newer modular and older trailers but the park has been here a few decades. It is very quiet in here at night and in the early mornings. Other than the occasional speeders in the neighborhood, I truly love it here and I love that I'm close to my family for an affordable price.

Nice, quiet place to live, and amazing neighbors for the most part. Of course you may end up with a weirdo next door that calls the police every day for literally nothing and contacts all of your friends that you know on Facebook trying to tell them to block you (obviously they all contacted me immediately) and then tries to email the senator to get you fired for stopping at a store on your way home. The manager, as amazing as she was, couldn't do anything to control her, and the police had their hands tied. Sadly, I had enough of the unmedicated, unwell person behind me that truly needs help, so I'm no longer there. I really miss my good neighbors, but love my new home out in the country. Hopefully the poor woman gets some help soon before someone gets hurt. It's so sad there's no protection nowadays from stalkers like her, and I pray to God he watches over her poor sweet boyfriend who is an absolute angel and could do so much better for himself. Every other neighbor in there was awesome, except that one, who all of the other neighbors couldn't stand either. This country needs mental health reform so that people can get help when they really need it.
