We spent the summer at Pine Acres CAMPGROUND. Not RV Resort. I wouldn't say it has the qualifications that fall under the title of resort. First off it has bo pool, there is only the leech Lamprey River, thank you, but NO! Secondly after they stated they had realized they had overcharged us they offered to put an amount towards next year, yet when we decided to not return that amount wouldn't be returned to us. They said it was only a fall fling promotion, which is false.. Thirdly, they made us move from one site to another with one day's notice stating they had their landscaping crew ready our new site expressly for again false

This is a very beautiful heavily wooded campground with exceptionally narrow roads that make you wonder if you're going to be able to get your camper through. We are camped down by the river and it's very nice looking even though the river looks more like a pond. The laundry room and the main office and the restroom shower rooms are pretty nice. We used the laundry room and the shower rooms and they are good. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were here for the Halloween celebration and it looked quite festive and fun.

Great place sites are great. We had one right on the river. Lots of shade. Pet friendly. Very close to anything you may want or need. But secluded enough you don't feel it

THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE/CAMP STORE ARE GREAT!!! This was my first time out with my trailer. I was a woman alone with two small grandkids, and EXTREMELY nervous about backing in to the campsite. I went into the office and explained my situation. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and encouraging! Candace called her husband, Anthony, who came to the office to guide me to my site and then coached me in to my spot. Kelsey and Susanne in the office/camp store were also amazing. They put me at ease and turned around my very nerve wracking experience. They gave me confidence and let me know that I wasn't the first person that felt like this. If it wasn't for them, I would have probably just driven away and checked into a hotel! I hope someone recognizes how awesome the staff at Pine Acres is!

This place when to hell I been going there for 13 years and now they have The Worse attitude ever in their employees lie The bathrooms were so disgusting that you couldn’t even take a shower there the people at the front desk were so rude. They have no respect in front of my child that had autism. The main head manager was very, very rude and she has no communication skills. it will never go back there ever again
