Pine Acres Resort

Overview

Pine Acres Resort offers a quintessential New England camping experience centered around the shores of a scenic 70-acre lake. This family-oriented destination provides a blend of traditional woodland camping and modern resort-style facilities, making it a popular choice for both weekenders and seasonal guests. As a social hub in the Granite State, the park focuses on creating a community atmosphere where travelers can escape the hustle of daily life while enjoying a high level of service and a well-maintained environment.

Location & Surroundings

Situated in the charming town of Raymond, the resort is strategically located between the urban amenities of Manchester and the beautiful New Hampshire Seacoast. The property is defined by its lakeside setting on Governor’s Lake, where tall pines provide ample shade and a sense of privacy. Despite its peaceful, wooded surroundings, the park remains easily accessible from Route 101, offering a convenient gateway for RVers exploring the diverse landscapes of southern New Hampshire.

Amenities & Park Features

The park is designed to accommodate various camping styles, featuring full hookup RV sites that include water, sewer, and electric services. Guests can take advantage of the sandy swimming beach, on-site boat rentals, and dedicated fishing areas to make the most of the water. For land-based fun, the resort offers a miniature golf course, a large playground, and a jumping pad for children. Modern conveniences such as a camp store, laundry facilities, and a regular schedule of themed weekend events ensure a comfortable stay for all visitors.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Outdoor enthusiasts are perfectly positioned to visit Pawtuckaway State Park, a nearby treasure known for its extensive hiking trails, bouldering, and additional lake recreation. If you are looking for a change of pace, the shopping centers and dining options in Manchester are just a short drive away. For a classic New England day trip, the Atlantic coastline and the historic streets of Portsmouth are within easy reach, providing plenty of variety for long-term travelers.

Who This Park Is Best For

This resort is an ideal match for active families who thrive in a busy social environment and appreciate a full calendar of organized activities. It is particularly well-suited for those who value child-friendly amenities and community engagement over secluded, rustic boondocking. We spent the summer at Pine Acres CAMPGROUND. Not RV Resort. I wouldn't say it has the qualifications that fall under the title of resort. First off it has bo pool, there is only the leech Lamprey River, thank you, but NO! Secondly after they stated they had realized they had overcharged us they offered to put an amount towards next year, yet when we decided to not return that amount wouldn't be returned to us. They said it was only a fall fling promotion, which is false.. Thirdly, they made us move from one site to another with one day's notice stating they had their landscaping crew ready our new site expressly for again false

This is a very beautiful heavily wooded campground with exceptionally narrow roads that make you wonder if you're going to be able to get your camper through. We are camped down by the river and it's very nice looking even though the river looks more like a pond. The laundry room and the main office and the restroom shower rooms are pretty nice. We used the laundry room and the shower rooms and they are good. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were here for the Halloween celebration and it looked quite festive and fun.

Great place sites are great. We had one right on the river. Lots of shade. Pet friendly. Very close to anything you may want or need. But secluded enough you don't feel it

THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE/CAMP STORE ARE GREAT!!! This was my first time out with my trailer. I was a woman alone with two small grandkids, and EXTREMELY nervous about backing in to the campsite. I went into the office and explained my situation. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and encouraging! Candace called her husband, Anthony, who came to the office to guide me to my site and then coached me in to my spot. Kelsey and Susanne in the office/camp store were also amazing. They put me at ease and turned around my very nerve wracking experience. They gave me confidence and let me know that I wasn't the first person that felt like this. If it wasn't for them, I would have probably just driven away and checked into a hotel! I hope someone recognizes how awesome the staff at Pine Acres is!

This place when to hell I been going there for 13 years and now they have The Worse attitude ever in their employees lie The bathrooms were so disgusting that you couldn’t even take a shower there the people at the front desk were so rude. They have no respect in front of my child that had autism. The main head manager was very, very rude and she has no communication skills. it will never go back there ever again
