Mr. William Shirley is an awesome veteran! Had to work a couple of minutes from there coming all the way from Tx and didn’t have the funds of paying the deposit nor the first month. I got there for free then payed him later when my first check came through. He takes care of you from finding his place, bug spray around your rv, nice about finances, good wifi, very quiet, available to help out for any issues on your RV. Doesn’t have restrooms nor a laundry place but other than that it’s a sweet spot!

This set the bar for RV parks! It’s a quiet, cozy area with plenty of room to back in or pull-through. Full hook-ups, water, septic, WiFi, 30 & 50 amp with several 120V plugins. Owner does very well not to rent to any bad-mannered folks, and is flexible. Pet friendly, but be courteous and keep them within your area when they are not under supervision.

My husband and I are from Pennsylvania and are traveling around the south to get away from the cold and snow. This RV campsite is very pleasant to stay. It is very quiet and peaceful. A nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It has full hookup, water, sewage, electric, and wifi. There is a pond in the back for fishing, or if you have chairs, you can sit there and enjoy nature. The owner is very pleasant and is a very nice guy. He is very pleasant to talk to. We have enjoyed other campers as well.

We stayed at this most beautiful park in a rural setting in West Point Mississippi and It was not only peaceful and so tranquil with the beauty of the trees and fields, I could have just stopped moving around and made this my permanent home. William is such a gracious and delightful host, he made our stay the happiest ever!. If we ever pass this way again we would definitely look for this gorgeous spot with William.

Stayed here for a few months for work. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Nice country setting and has a fishing pond. Has shade trees and my one year old daughter loved having the space to walk around. William is very helpful and on top of any problems that may occur. I would definitely stay there again if I was around the area.

Nice quiet country setting rv park. Full hook up with lots of trees. Would have stayed longer if we weren't on a schedule. Super nice owner William was very helpful. Highly recommend for a no frills natural setting get away. Thanks!!!

While coming home from a great 2 week vacation traveling down 45 alt N in West Point, Mississippi we had issues with our truck, not being able to find anyone who had time on a Friday afternoon we searched for RV parks in the area. We were truly blessed when Pine Acres RV Park came up first, this is how we met Mr. Shirley who was very accommodating, he called everyone he knew to see if they could helpwith the truck, took us into town for lunch, got to meet his beautiful wife Dixie while helping us get comfortable with our camper until we could figure out what we were going to do. Needless to say we got it figured out and were on the road the next morning but feel very blessed to have crossed paths with Mr. William Shirley and his wife Dixie. Thank you for all you did we truly appreciate you, Brian & Tammy This is a quiet beautiful area off the beaten path.

Mr. William is absolutely adorable. Very polite & friendly. The park has electric, water & sewer hook ups. Lots of trees. Sits on a quiet country road. There's plenty of wildlife to watch, as well as places to walk. Love this park. Thank y'all.
