FYI this is a campground, not a hotel. This is very close to June Lake. You can easily walk from the campsite down to the lake, or you can drive down to the lake. It is my understanding that this place just reopened after being closed for over 2 years. My only real complaint is that for the size of the campground and the amount of people that camp there, they don't have nearly enough bathrooms. I had to stand in line every time I had to use the bathroom or shower.

We recently stayed at Pinecliff Resort in June Lake, California, in site 23, and had an amazing experience. The location is beautiful, surrounded by serene pine trees and breathtaking mountain views. Site 23 was spacious, clean, and perfectly maintained, offering easy access to amenities and a short 5 min walk to the lake. Reservations were easy to make via their website. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were very communicative from time of reservation through checkout. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature, and explore the surrounding area. We can’t wait to return!

We just completed a 4 night stay at this campground and we were told that they just recently reopened. We had a really great experience with everything! We know that they are doing a lot of work and cleaning up, but all the hosts are very kind and hospitable! This is a really beautiful place right across June Lake. Booking is a breeze and they are very responsive to inquiries. Please give them a try! We will definitely be back!

Stayed over the 4th of July holiday, and it was busy, but pretty quiet with just some occasional generator use, and staff was helpful and friendly keeping up with maintaining the restrooms. The resort has a lot of pine trees, so even though you have neighbors camping also, the feel is more of being in a forest. Great experience with a hound that doesn't like fireworks displays, and great for being within walking distance of the lake and some incredible June Lake views.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Pine Cliff Campground! The campground is beautiful, clean, and the perfect place for families. It was very kid-friendly, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. One of our favorite things was the easy walk down to June Lake. It was so convenient and made it easy to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and spend time by the water. We also really appreciated having access to the laundry facilities during our longer stay—it made a huge difference. We were especially impressed with the customer service. Our friends had an issue with their trailer sewage connection, and the staff responded immediately and had the problem fixed quickly. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. We highly recommend Pine Cliff Campground and can’t wait to come back!
