Place is a dump. The grass hasn't been mowed at all this year. It was at least a foot tall in places. Lots are rock and mud. If it rains you are going to track mud inside your RV. Then the long term people are super junkie. Power ped doesn't even have breakers on it. Our plug looked like at one point shorted out and never was replaced. They have some guy walking around that makes you feel uncomfortable also. He literally walked up to our camper while we were un-hooking and started asking questions. It made my wife very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving after not even a hour being there. First desk women where nice when we got there but was very rude when we voiced our concerns. They made it a point to tell us we were out of our 4 day rent that we paid. How rude!! Definitely don't stay here unless you are looking for a trashy mobile home park. Because that's what it is. Good Sam should drop these people also! Review Update: Since you decided to reply trying to cover up I figured I'd update the review showing photos. Also, it doesn't matter who's renting the lots. You enforce the rules to keep it clean. You stated the grass was mowed 2 weeks ago? This time of year it should be mowed once a week. Also as you can see from the picture the lot isn't nice concrete like you stated. Maybe 30 years ago it was. As for the creepy guy, at one point he was standing at the end of the road staring at us. If that's a employee then I'm sorry but he either needs to learn people skills or go find another job.

The lot was level and spacious. Quiet here in March. Lovely little stream in back with birds and turtles (beware of alligator sign). But a lack of pool would be a problem later in the season. And children's playground need updating to keep kids amused. Good location though.

We had a great stay at Pine Crest. I called to book while we were on the road and the owner, Chuck was very friendly, super helpful and informative. Affordable pricing, well maintained campground and very well ran. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here.

We have stayed several times. This time, two months. It is clean, quiet and pleasant. The workers are very helpful and friendly. The grounds are very pretty and we enjoyed walking our dogs through the park like paths.

Perfect location for visiting New Orleans or the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This place has many pave sites or concrete patios and if staying for a longer term as a snowbird ,travel nurse or short term project manager , there is no better location . staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are 9 acres of lakes on the property, all paved streets and close to the interstate for going anyplace quick. “ Country Living with City Conveniences”

These people are fabulous and so helpful! I appreciate all their help and support getting a special gift to my mom for Mother’s Day, who was staying at their RV park and I live in Oregon! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys so much.

Very nice park with ample room in the spaces. It was an easy check in. We were here for Mardi Gras, so the rates were up, but its close to the city, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. 33 minutes to the French Quarter from here. The park staff are friendly and share local knowledge if you ask. I would return here. Hook up was easy. Park is excellently maintained. Good Sam affiliated.

We loved our stay at Pine Crest! The location in the trees was lovely and very quiet. The park is clean, with good laundry facilities, ample parking for extra vehicles and wifi. The owner and staff were accommodating and helpful with spot-on local dining suggestions and things to do/see. We extended our stay by one day and they graciously accommodated our last minute change. Wish we could have stayed longer, but the road calls!
