Billy was very knowledgeable and professional with renting a space for my RV. Please give him a raise for the multiple jobs he is currently doing. He was in good attitude despite of being over worked in several roles…

Arrived today at 2pm WITH reservations. Office was locked and no packets available. Called posted number and got voicemail. Left a message and waited 30 minutes. No call back. Moved on to Cottonwoods RV Park about 10 minutes away - a much nicer place and they were happy we were there. It is now 9 pm - never got a call back from Pine Grove. It is very clear what reservations mean to them. BTW, Pine Grove Village is a trailer park with a few RV sites added.
