Pine Grove RV Park

This stop was our first stop on our family vacation. Everyone was sweet and nice, the park was clean and quiet. When we plan our next trip out west I'll glad stop here again.

My wife and I were traveling to our daughter’s family and unfortunately our truck broke down and we were forced to find a place to camp while our truck was being fixed. I called and they were so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. They turned our 7 day ordeal into a week long vacation and even helped me make my wife’s birthday into a special moment that we will both never forget. I’ve been a lifelong Buckeyes fan but we definitely have a soft spot for the great people in the Cornhusker nation. So thanks again to everyone there who helped make us feel at home, even a thousand miles from home. So if you’re ever traveling through Nebraska and you are looking for some where quiet, clean and friendly Pine Grove in Greenwood is your new go to place, we will definitely be back. And their prices are very reasonable and everyone is awesome to work with and you will leave there you will leave as friends.

Just stayed for one night but the place was very well kept, not far off the highway, and bathrooms were clean. Laundry area was really nice too! Staff was pleasant when I called and left my info taped to the door because I arrived after hours. I’d definitely go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pine Grove and they take all types of discounts ( AAA, military...) so the price per night is very reasonable. Our site was spacious, clean, new outlets with plenty of shades, green grass, and nice breezes from the open fields across from our site. The whole park is under new ownership according to the sign. Our reservation by phone was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Laundry room, women's room all have AC ( it's 100° out), well lite at night, the bathrooms are clean and good size, they look newly renovated. We highly recommend this place to any travelers, we would definitely come back again if we are in the area.

Friendly staff, nice and clean grounds, it recently had a hail storm and landscaping is being improved in good taste. This was a Yogi Bear campground at one time, so it has all the activities the kiddos could want. The pool is sparking clean and refreshing. Bathrooms, shower and laundry onsite. Each campsite had a picnic table and fire ring. There is a couple places for the pets to have their own space. If the roads were paved (instead of gravel) then I would call this a resort! Just down the road from Nebraska’s largest candy store “Bakers”. There are a couple local wineries too. This isn’t far from Lincoln to visit one of the worlds best Sunken Gardens, the Iron Horse Rail downtown and also see some local art plus a giant paper airplane. Some travelers were here for the College playoffs in Omaha.

Great campground for long term stay or weekend passing through! Really affordable long term rate as well as short term compared to other locations. Shower house works great and is clean! Also very nice laundry room. Dog parks are great as well ! Staff has been super friendly and were able to handle any complaints I ever had. My only complaint is the constant highway noise. Now I still give this a 5 star because there really isn’t anything they could do to mitigate the highway noise . Over all super happy with my long term stay here (November 2024- July 2025)

We have been staying here as long term renters. They have a fair monthly rent. Owners and staff are nice. We felt safe here. Has a laundry mat with affordable machines, clean shower house, pool, dog park, a playground and a small kitchen they do weekly food specials out of for amenities. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The park atmosphere was inviting. The park was clean, quiet, and had great amenities. The pool was well-maintained and perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. It was especially peaceful at night, which made for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay there again.

If I could give this place a more negative star review I seriously would. We came here on August 1st 2021 with plans to stay for the Winter. The sites for big rigs are not 3 axle friendly. The site provided was not long or wide enough. The electrical box, water and sewer are placed too far to the rear of the site for a big rig to make a wide enough turn to miss a tree that really was planted in the wrong place. To make a long story shorter the tree damaged our roof and rear awning. The lady owner is very unpredictable. She came driving over on her golf cart and threw our electrical cable over our swamp drain hose breaking it.. She yelled at me stating that these need to be off the grass. Didn't say she was sorry for damaging the hose.. My wife and daughter were yelled at by her for no apparent reason(Daughters van was parked in back of our rig). I've heard from other people in the park that she has an alcohol problem and apparently enjoys yelling at her customers while she's drunk. I think the women that work in the office are afraid of her. This place is way overpriced for what you get. The showers are not cleaned regularly and the drain is constantly clogged. The RV park that we stayed at in TX was way better priced and had better service. At the end of September we had to take our rig in for repair. My wife went into the office and informed Jan. She let her know that we would like to have a different site to alleviate damaging our rig again. I informed another one of the ladies in the office that we would like a different site because we don't want to damage the trailer again. I came in approximately October 3 and paid my overpriced monthly bill and was charged a electrical deposit again. I asked the lady in the office why we were and she had no idea. I reiterated the moving to a different site again and asked where the owner was to discuss it with her and was told that she was not available. She was cutting the grass and could not be bothered. The very next day I got a call from Jan telling me they refunded our money for the month and was not welcome back. When I asked her why the hell we were kicked out of the park the gave me this totally lame excuse. They said my wife was argumentative. Really? My wife hates conflict. I never heard such a stupid thing in my life. We just wanted a wider and longer site to put our rig on and this is how we're treated. All I can say is you people are a piece of work. I told my wife I wouldn't use profanity in this review but you can screw yourself and the horse you rode in on. Feel sorry for the horse

We stayed at Pine Grove Rv and Campground for 2 years. My husband was working in the Omaha- Lincoln area and this campground was the perfect spot in between both. The campground was very clean and had a nice pool, store and the staff was very friendly. Everyone complains about all the rules but every campground has rules and they need to be followed in order to keep everyone safe. They have wood available for fires and a nice bar/ snack area and were very helpful whenever we needed it. We have been to many campgrounds from ND, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Alabama and in our opinion this one is top notch. Thanks Kathy, family and crew. Hopefully see you again someday❤️

Easy access on and off interstate. Full hookups, reasonable pricing. Lots for kids and families to do during fair weather season. There will be interstate, airplane and railroad noise. The spaces are fairly close and only separated by grass. Not a bad place to stop and rest if traveling across the country.

Super clean RV Park!! Very busy and hard to get a reservation in the summer time but I can understand why! The laundry and restroom facilities, as well as the pool is very clean and well maintained. The spots are large and level and the staff very friendly! I stayed 8 days while I was in town for work and then I had to find another place due to them being booked up. I’m grateful they fit me in for that week as everyone in the Omaha area was booked as well. The lady at the front desk moved things around and made room for me when no one else would. Again, I’m very thankful for the opportunity to stay there and if you can get a spot, I suggest it!

This was a perfect off the Highway stop on I-80. The park was well maintained, bathrooms were clean. The sites were big enough for our truck to stay hitched as we pulled in late. Water and sewer on site so easy showers in the morning. Staff was accommodating and kind on the phone too. Nebraska ✔️ on our map. Thank you!

Its fine for an overnight stay. Very level (we stayed hooked up) site on gravel. Have grass between and distance between sites (picnic table too). Roads were gravel inside the campground. You can hear the trains all times of night even with the windows closed. So they had to be close by. Good Sam - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
