Stop by there to check the place out & get some info. As i pulled over at the stop sign for guest to check in, a women came out drove over on her gulf cart to me asking if she could help me. Told her i was stoping by to check it all out & see if they had monthly rental spots, i was asked right there what year my camper was, had to show a picture of it. As i did she oh that's a nice camper. Asked if they allow pets, told her dogs, reply well do they have a leash? Well yes ma'am. Do you have vet paper's, yes ma'am i have there rabies tags & papers. I said well could you tell me how much for the month. Went in office to speak with a different women & some gentleman was in there. These two women in the office really belittled my son & I, acting like we wasnt good enough to stay there at there camp site. Asking all kinda personal questions, asking to see pay stubs & all. Telling us we had to make 3 times the amonth of the monthly rate. I sure saw where it was going, so just turned around & left. As i was walking out the 1 lady says Sorry.. No ma'am sorry for you. As you had no idea i was going to pay for 6 months up front.. I really truely don't like how people act like others arent good enough enough. I have never been to a camp site where they ask you personal questions like these 2 did to use today & i have stay at camp sites from NC to Fl..

“Nice people” We paid for a FHU but didn't get a site w/ sewer, didn't notice right away but stayed and used dump station in morning since didn't want to move. Nice friendly folks, didn't realize the pool till it was closed, look big and clean. Don't expect fancy or whiny liberals here these are proud americans. Gave 4 stars only b/c we didn't get the PA discount due to the US OPEN (guess its a golf thing?) but she even said I know you aren't going since you are only staying one night. Killed me to pay $50 for a night here but I was safe and God Bless America !

We are getting ready to leave, but had to leave a review. It was a great getaway with large spaces. The owner is nice and easy to work with. Also staff members Gina and Tony are awesome! Super helpful and quick to respond. Very clean, and plenty of places to walk my dogs. If I had one critique I would say that the political flags and paraphernalia are unwelcoming no matter what affiliation you are. It was off putting to have their personal opinion all over. However I would stay here again.

Good RV campsite with some minor issues. The cons: No hot water in the bathhouse and TP was in short supply. We needed to ask for the pool to be opened when it was already in posted pool hours. The lanes are a bit tight for larger trailers and parking near campsites was also very close. The pros: A very good price. The staff (Gina!) responded quickly to resolve issues. Family friendly environment. *Quiet* The up to you to decides: the park is about 20minutes ftom everything - if you're looking for a quiet retreat, this is a great spot. If you're looking for tourist to-do stuff...not so much. For a close to home escape we will consider returning.

We stayed at Pine Lake RV for 5 weeks in late February 2022, to be near our military son who lives in the PInehurst area. We are newly retired and travel in a 5th wheel along with our two dogs. Upon arrival, we were kindly escorted to our site and during our stay, our questions/needs were promptly answered: we found communication with the staff to be excellent! Our site was simple and sandy, (lots of sand in NC so expected) with a view of a beautiful lake. If you have dogs, the multitude of walking trails owned by the campground are a gigantic plus!! We played golf at a course that's 10 minutes away (numerous others a bit further away) and found a great brew pub in neighboring Aberdeen that was an easy drive. We will stay there again the next time we visit NC to see family.

Went over the weekend and I must say very kid friendly, and very clean (I stayed in a cabin with a front porch). The people are very nice. I had a ball and enjoyed myself. Will definitely be going back. Also the pond is stocked with bass and brim cause thats what I was catching could possibly have crappie but didnt catch any. My dog loves it and was welcomed by other dogs and people.

My camp spot isn’t very well defined so it seems like my camper is in the middle of both roads. Other than that the place is pretty nice. Nice pond, friendly people.

Not gonna lie...I was nervous that this place was a bit off the beaten path. I was greeted by 2 of the kindest ladies, ever. We loved the quiet atmosphere, being so close to Pinehurst. The lake is beautiful and the chicken and rooster, next to our site, were an added plus. Definitely a hidden treasure.

Aside from sand everywhere, this is a lovely quiet RV park off the beaten path for those looking for peace and serenity. Most folks are long-term, but weekly or overnight stays are welcome if you're visiting the area. Gina is pretty awesome and a pleasure to do business with. Be a decent human and follow their posted speed limit.
