Looked great going in.. NOT enjoyable or kid friendly place though. Heated pool- not even close. Owner claimed it was 80° but my kid was shivering.. Stocked fish pond- with 3-6 feet of wild plants around the entire pond... couldn't access it easily at all. Lake view rv spots- with a 30 ft STEEP incline into still swamp like water. Noisy highway traffic too- wasn't bad but not ideal for a camping vacation. Bees infested everywhere, and odd swarms of flying ants coming out of the ground. Added bonus when glass bottles were found all around our campsite by our 3 year old. Nice looking woodsy camp ground if you dont have kids, but you like bugs, cold pools, and dead branches falling. The owner was kind and gave us a refund of the night we didn't end up staying for. I see the owner replies and kind of tells people off so... I was nothing but honest here. Great place. But there's way better places miles down the road. Thank you for being very professionally kind when we decided to leave early. We will not return.

Tent camped for only one night on our way further north. We were in site 11. Beautiful site and grounds. As others had mentioned, yes you can hear the hwy traffic most especially the trucks. It is pretty loud on that side of the camp- it did slow down after 10pm. If you’re in a camper it might not be so bad, but as we were in a tent, there was no buffer. We were still able to sleep, however, but it is the first thing you notice upon waking up. The other guests were quiet, friendly and respectful. Felt very welcome and comfortable walking around the beautifully wooded and well cared for property. The BathHouse—is probably THE NICEST camp bathhouse I’ve ever walked into. The finishing touches the, light fixtures, mirrors…just a total “vibe” as the kids say. The cleanliness is only accentuated by Sirius Radio playing a classic Rat Pack play list. Showering with Sinatra serenading you was an unexpected amenity I didn’t know I was missing. Found the perfect water temp within a minute, hot and ready. 25 cents for 4 mins. All the ladies bathroom stalls have bins for sanitary purposes. Thank you for the stay! -visiting from NC

This campground is beautiful, the sites are well maintained and are in a beautiful wooded. The sites all seem to be easy to level your trailer. Family owned and operated. It really is a retreat just a very short drive from the beach. Only stayed one night. Easy off and on the highway.

This was our second year tenting there. We love it. It's close to the jetty, beach, shopping/outlet, groceries, and restaurants. Staff are friendly & welcoming. The pool is awesome. There's laundry. Showers & and washrooms are nice & clean. Kids can have fun fishing in the pond. Quiet & peaceful. Lots of shade. Already planning next years visit.

Had a great campsite. Ladies bathroom could use attention. Could hear traffic on 95, otherwise quiet campground. Pool said heated, but was cold. Yes, we would still go back.
