5/5 ! The maintenance man Ted helped us get our boat started, we stayed for 3 days and the cabins are beautiful and unique! All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and its in a great secluded location.

We stayed here the weekend after Labor Day. The family had a blast. The camp was clean and everything worked as it should. Check in was easy and the lady in the office/store was very friendly and helpful. I believe her name was Jamie. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful time my family had.

This review has less to do with the cabins, and the location and more to do with the customer service of their upper management team. My fiancé, myself, and family stayed there this summer as we have before. In fact, her family has gone up there regularly for years. In the past, its always been a great experience and things were handled well. This year, was quite different. Our stay there was full of issues. Everything from lack of amenities in the cabin, to parking issues, bad attitude from maintenance guy, and even being overcharged on my credit card. However, I do understand they are under new ownership and its shows. Again, rather than go into detail about our compromised stay, I'd rather comment on their lack of giving a care about their customers. First, it took over 3 weeks to get our deposit back and I had to call at least 5 times to make that happen. Finally, Jamie, their onsite manager just refunded me the money because she felt bad that I had to keep calling. After our stay, I called to discuss us being reimbursed either by a complimentary stay or refund for our challenges we had this last time. I have called onsite at least 10 times, have been re-routed to their owners that seem to not exist, and have been told I will hear back over and over. I have sent an email, called their owner three times, and have talked to the onsite manager at least 5-6 times. We stayed there in July, it's now September with no call back. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If you don't care about how your customers feel when they stay with you than you shouldn't own the property. Clearly, their customers just aren't important. Its really unfortunate that a place we have found so special in the past has to be mismanaged by a new company who doesn't care if their customers stay is less than extraordinary. Especially when you pay that much to stay there to begin with. Looks like we'll be finding a new summer place to go. :(

We had a rough patch during our stay due to unexpected weather, and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Their kindness, generosity and hospitality made all the difference, and we'll forever be grateful for the family memories that resulted. A truly thoughtful and well-run campground—we’ll definitely be back!

This is not a negative review. Just wanted to share this, I would recommend avoiding tent sites 1-5. They are on an incline, we asked to switch to 2, the only one that was level, but then we were a few feet from the main road so heard a lot of traffic. If I could recommend anything to the campground it would be invest in some electric golf carts. They have gas ones so you'll hear them putting putting along all morning

Spent Father's Day Weekend here and had a total blast. Campsites were well maintained and the Cabins were well stocked and cleaned. The only real complaint is that the mattresses suck and I think my friends who slept on air mattresses outside had better night's sleep. The pool was clean, cool and fairly empty, but I know that's not always the case. The staff were very friendly and the experience was great for all of us. The dock is nice for boating and chilling out on the water. Great weekend and can't wait to come back again. Pro tip, the red dirt will stain anything and everything that it touches so wear dark or red colors. Also, Verizon cell service is Abysmal and basically useless while T-Mo and AT&T are non-existent and make sure your phone supports satellite messaging.

They play blasting loud music until 2am that is easily heard across the lake and in surrounding campgrounds. (It sounded like a party on our shoreline, it was so loud!) It ruins the camping experience for everyone around this part of the lake. Nothing like trying to enjoy a campfire to rave music and constant screaming. Keeps young kids awake and can be very difficult to get any sleep. Please add a sound ordinance, even ending at 11pm would be improvement! Respect the time and money people put in to come to trinity and let us get some sleep.

We spent labor day weekend here, the staff were the NICEST people and the campsites were awesome! It was just me and my husband and we day-hiked the Stuart Fork trail, it's about 3 miles to the trailhead. The flush toilets and hot showers made it nice and comfy. Campground is very well kept, and even has a pool and lake access, as well as access to a cool trail around the lake. We will definitely be back!

Visited this place recently. Happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. It's closed for winter, but I like the overall look. Great for summer getaways, family reunions, team bonding and/ or summer camping trips. There's tent sites, RV spaces and cabins. I look forward to the spring opening.

Nice people, but poorly maintained cabins. Things broken or dirty. BBQ didnt work so had to borrow neighbors. Towels and sheets we had to pay for ! And sheets were stained ! Only one real bed. Not 6 person cabin as advertised. Futon not good for two adults or rubber mat in loft. Was very nice to sit out on deck and enjoy nature. GREAT fishing !!🎣.

We got a very tiny camp site partially on a hill (many sites were flattened). The hill blocked people from being able to sit or move around one side of the fire which really sucked; there was barely any space for chairs. It was also really steep and a couple people hurt themselves slipping on it, including one of the kiddos. Their website definitely needs photos of the sites so you know what you're getting. There were other sites that were much nicer. The owners seem like nice people though and overall the items and facilities around the campground seemed well maintained. There's a little store on site with snacks and cold drinks (and frozen snacks!) which was great. I'd go back, just would absolutely avoid the space we got before.

This campground was awesome, the staff/owners were very helpful with anything that was needed, campground was very clean and well maintained they have put in a lot of work to have a wide variety of amenities for all ages (sand volleyball court, pool, kids playground, arcade games, ext.). The pull through sites were great to get in and out of with a large 5th wheel. Will be returning in the future thanks for the great place Marie and Earle keep up the great work!!!
