I stayed at Pinewood Properties & RV Park for about 11 Months and had an excellent experience the entire time. The park is very quiet, clean, and well kept - a perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The landlord, was always extremely helpful and quick to respond anytime I needed assistance. I never had a a single issue during my stay, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend Pinewood Properties & RV Park to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and friendly place to stay long-term or short-term. You won't be disappointed.

I have to say, this is a nice and safe spot. We rented one mobile home for over 6 months. We never had leaks or any kind of problems. Majority of the people staying in the campers are here for work and they are just good ole people getting their hands dirty. The owner was outstanding ding, he is very busy but he is still responsive to the needs of his tenants. We would still be there if life circumstances didn’t arise. I would highly recommend staying here.

i pick up trash here weekly! The owner is a great guy who does the most to keep up with his tenants and to help them out! park is quiet close to most food and grocery places! i recommend short term vacation or long term living!

We were four days in Arkansas; completely new to the area. We were directed to some “cozy cabins”on hwy 67 by a local man and called the number at the office. The owner was friendly and got us into a place the next day. This place is more than we had hoped for and we have meet wonderful people. I’m in absolutely no hurry to find a house to buy cause I don’t wanna leave my new friends and the happiness I have found here.

There is nothing at this RV park that looks like the photos shown. I really wished I had taken a picture to share. The sketchiest place I have ever pulled into with our camper. It was $49.50 or $49.95 cash to stay. Did not feel safe staying here.

A lot of improvements have been made to the park in the last 6 months. Neighbors are friendly, quiet at nights.

I had a chance to live here and I will say I don't know about previous owners but since the new owner got place there has been so much done the new owner is amazing with a heart of gold he will help any one and don't just treat you like tenant but like family I remember I had problem it was late night I texted him and he quickly responded he goes above and beyond and a very respectful man I didn't have nothing when I found this place I explained situation and 2 days later I was moving in God bless him if u have a chance you should stop by and check it out I promise you won't want to leave

Nice RV property to rent from. They have sewer hook up and electricity. The area is always mowed. They have washer and dryers. The owner is very nice and always helpful. I highly recommend Pinewood Properties and RV Park!
