I have stayed here several times in the past. They are very accommodating and friendly. The sites are clean and big enough for most campers. I have never had a bad experience here. Close to hiking trails and Julian.

Pinezanita was easy to book. They had availability on a busy holiday weekend. They communicated often with us before our arrival and told us what to expect. Convenient dumping in the park and clean sites with plenty of shade throughout. Great service and will definitely be back!

Absolutely love staying here! We have been coming to Pinezanita for 4 years now and look forward to coming back every time. The campground is the PERFECT place for families with young kids. It is very clean and very quiet. It is a super short drive into town too. The staff is super friendly and the check in process was very quick and easy

It was one of the quiet-ist campgrounds I've been to. I had water and electricity at my campsite for $54 per night. The office staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful. My husband loved the little fishing pond they had. It's catch and release any fish. There are so many trees. They have showers (free) and a laundry towards the entrance to the park and vault style toilets throughout. The town of Julian is such a cute mountain town. I really enjoyed my trip.

Spectacular campground and friendly staff. We have discovered this gem in the mountains. Our first time out, they did everything they could to accommodate us. Then we took advantage of their on site storage to leave our travel trailer on the property. That allows us to do a quick trip without the hassle of dragging a 10,000 trailer up and down the mountain. The spaces are roomy, and the wildlife is great. Wild Turkeys cruising around, squirrels scurrying about. Lots of shade from the trees. The calm atmosphere, great staff, and location location location. Once you try it, you will make it your home away from home.

We love this place. This is our 3rd time camping here and it's gotten even better under new management. Large spacious sites, fun fishing pond for kids, beautiful scenery and nice and quiet. We love the feeling of camping in the woods with easy access to the adorable town of Julian. The office staff and owner are so nice and friendly. This all makes for an easy, fun, fantastic getaway. Can't wait to come back.

A beautiful, peaceful, and clean RV park! Super friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and a great little store with camping necessities and some local flair as well. Super convenient location just minutes from down town Julian. Walking around the property is a treat, fun to see and hear the wildlife, see the fish jumping in the fishing pond, deer roaming, and enjoying time away with family! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Nice campground, very clean. Lots of room on the trees. Pea gravel everywhere so no mud or dust

Super cute campground, the staff is very friendly and they have beautiful grounds, with great amenities and plenty of spots. Julian, which is about 5-7 minutes from the campground, is a San Diego institution. Everyone from San Diego County drives up to Julian for snow, a fun nature day, or apple pie. I would highly recommend adding this to your itinerary.

Super clean campground. One of the best we’ve stayed in. They are definitely a no- nonsense type of operation. The staff is courteous and helpful. The sites are spacious and easy to get into. I only wish they had a 50AMP site for our 5th wheel trailer. Oak trees everywhere and so close to the town of Julian.

This is a great little campground with tons of charm. The staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of trails for the hiking, great fishing at Lake Cuyamaca and the restaurant at the lake is great. It’s only a few miles to Julian with it charm including shopping, art, wineries, beer gardens, old mining tours etc….. They only have 50amp and electric at the sites but have dump stations so it’s no big deal. We have a 37ft Monaco and we fit comfortably with a tow. There is a flat space in the park where you can disconnect. Enjoy your stay here we did!

Actually an 8 day visit. A great setting. Lots of trails. The flock of wild turkeys has 20 birds. Call office for space available.
