Pinto Lake County Park is a generally peaceful destination offering basic outdoor amenities. The park provides facilities for RV camping, fishing, and other recreational activities in a simple, natural setting. PROS: * The park has a generally peaceful atmosphere. * RV sites are equipped with water and electricity. * The ground-level RV spots are level. * It is known as a good spot for the activity of fishing. CONS: * It is advised not to eat fish from the lake due to pesticides. * RV sites are basic and are on dirt, not pavement.

A nice spot to read a book and just chill

It appeared there was playground equipment here from photos, there was none that we could find. Only a dirty, dismal park. Would not recommend for families. Dying fish in brown-grey water, would not recommend fishing here either.

This is a joke. 10$ for a dump and the water hose lies directly next to the dump hole. Disgusting! You’d think one could expect more for 10$. Didn’t fill up my water tank here.

We had a great time with family and friends here. Our reserved picnic spot was spacious with lots of shade from 2 huge redwoods.

I stayed in the rv park at Pinto Lake the full 3 weeks. It was a very sweet small park! I have rved all over U.S. and would definitely come back. The staff were accommodating and extra helpful! I loved the variety of geese and ducks on the lake as well as friendly neighbors I had.

I like to feed the ducks and geese. There no playground for kids But it's cool

This is a great place to bring the family for a picnic. The park has boats to rent for pleasure or fishing. Pitching or flipping weedless Ned's or other plastics from a boat is productive in the cattails. Shore fishing is slow in the winter months but picks up in the spring. Mornings and late afternoons are the best times to fish. There are many birds and water fowl for the bird watchers. Feeding the ducks and geese is not encouraged since most of the food sinks and fouls the water. There isn't any play equipment for the children and swimming is not allowed.

A staple of Watsonville, this hidden jewel is a great place to stretch and feel out of town. Very highly recommended

My husband and I love playing disc golf here when we are in town. And we just went to an event at the park yesterday. Everything was great! Definitely will come back!

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I was underwhelmed. I think the photos made the place look prettier than it is. Maybe I was having an off day. I didn't get very close to the lake, the place itself was just small, I think the parking area was the biggest feature. So I walked the dogs around the picnic tables, and let them run around the little baseball diamond which they always love and then went home. Short outing. The positives were that they had bathrooms, picnic tables and fire pit areas that seemed like fun if you bring a few friends. It's handicapped accessible if you need to go from the parking area to the bathrooms or onto your boat.
