Great location. Friendly staff. I don’t like that they charged full price instead of looking out Good Sam membership up. We had to get a refund for the difference when we arrived and physically brought the card in. The wifi sucks. Bad. Showers were okay. The walk directly to the beach was fabulous. Be careful with your dogs along the path. There are horrible sticker bushes.

Nice RV park with direct beach access. The spots are on the narrow side but very clean. They have 2 pools that are great including one for adults only. Pickle ball courts are nice The store is good and they can help you get a beach cart (lifted golf cart)

Called to make a reservation and spoke with Olivia, who went out of her way to ensure the spot I wanted would be suitable for my family. The process was quick and easy. She is truly customer-focused. If I make another reservation, I'll definitely talk to this individual

We had an incredible experience at Pioneer RV Resort for our last-minute getaway! Booking was seamless, and checking in was a breeze with our email confirmation. Arriving after 5 pm, we found clear directions to our site in the late arrivals box, making the process stress-free. The resort is impeccably maintained, with spacious, clean slips that exceeded our expectations. The beach access is fantastic, offering easy trips to the shore. We highly recommend bringing a golf cart or renting one, as we did—it was perfect for exploring the town and zipping to the beach! The adult pool area was a highlight, with a pristine, inviting hot tub that was absolutely perfect for unwinding. The entire facility is spotless, reflecting the staff’s dedication to guest comfort. We also enjoyed the vibrant community atmosphere, with friendly staff and fellow campers making us feel right at home. The resort’s amenities, from well-kept grounds to convenient beach proximity, made our stay unforgettable. We’re already planning our next visit to Pioneer RV Resort and can’t wait to return! Thank you to the amazing team for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a relaxing RV getaway!

The staff are really terrific and treat you like family! My family of five stayed in one of the cabins. It was a little snug but clean, comfortable and great a/c! Can’t beat the location and access to beach for the price. Very family friendly! Office Mike went above and beyond for us and even tracked down iced coffees for my girls.

Great RV park with all the amenities you could want. They are one of the more affordable parks in the area. They just completed the boardwalk to the beach. Friendly staff and decent sites.

Merle and Rich McDonald - Loved it there! Really nice park close to the beach. Nice staff, clean laundry room. We're already booked for next year! We drive a 32-ft sunseeker with a small Jeep.

Great people camping and staff. Sites are close together but concrete. Great path to the beach. Beach is amazing. Nice rec center and laundry. Negative they charge for cable and it was horrible had to use antenna to watch tv without a snow storm. They say wifi , but unless in rec center you can't use.

Great place for a short stay to walk and ride bikes on the beach. Escape the cold north here a lot of activities also. Nice bathrooms and showers.
