Pioneer Lakes

Pioneer Lakes is a beautiful 185 acre recreational area nestled at the foot of the scenic Laurel Ridge Mountains. The large manicured grass-covered campsites are enhanced by fifty picturesque acres of spring fed lakes. Three of the lakes are stocked regularly with all species of trout and attract fishermen from all over southwestern Pennsylvania. No fishing license is required, although permits are necessary and can be purchased at the campground office. The fourth lake is used for paddle boats and children's fishing.
