Easy check in, friendly staff, clean campground. You are in St. John’s so expect to be serenaded by all noises of a city. The site we had was nice except that the sewage hookup was the same height as my outlet. I used the dump station which was just as convenient. Thought no fault of the campground we did leave a day early as there was an infestation of flying larvae (if that is the proper terminology) they got into everything making it impossible to be, or cook outside. Had to brush ourselves off before entering the trailer.

5 Stars – A Truly Unforgettable Stay in Newfoundland! We recently stayed at this incredible campground in Newfoundland, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care that made us feel right at home. The grounds themselves were immaculate—beautifully maintained, with spacious sites that offered both privacy and stunning views. Whether you're in a tent, trailer, or RV, there's something here for everyone. We especially appreciated the clean and modern facilities, including the showers and washrooms, which were always spotless. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. Quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. The walking trails nearby were breathtaking. To the entire staff: thank you for making our time so special. Your kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our next visit. If you're considering a camping trip in Newfoundland, look no further—Pippy Park is a hidden gem. Highly, highly recommended!

Good little campground located in the heart of St. John’s. Could not be closer to everything. Full services. Clean bathroom and showers. Hot water. Friendly staff received a package for me and made it easy. Good spot if you are Rv camping in St. John’s.

We stayed here several nights while exploring the area. The campground is so close to everything! We were in site #12, a back-in site with 3 services. Could have been a challenge getting our 36' fifth wheel into our site if the site across from ours was occupied! Trees along the road made it a bit tight, but we managed. The trees in this loop of the campground also give each space quite a bit of privacy, so that is nice. There is a more open section with pull thru sites and very few trees, but there is no privacy. We preferred our area. But larger rigs may prefer to go to the more open loop. We didn't have wi-fi at our site, but we did have cell service.

Nice campground close to downtown making it very convenient to use as a base camp but also a bit noisy due to traffic. Staff were pleasant and helpful. If you are staying in the area with trees, lots are a bit on the narrow side but otherwise very nice. Bathrooms and showers are a bit dated but kept clean. Small store and laundromat for your convenience. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks
