Really clean and pretty little campground. Friendly staff and very clean comfort station. Definitely recommended.

Details: primitive, no hook ups, has dump station and fresh artesian well water. Seems more appropriate for a small rig and doubt a big rig like class A or 5th wheel could get in there. We loved it. Quiet, access to grass and a freshwater lake shore. There is speckled trout fishing in the lake. Never went to the "comfort station" so unknown. Easy access to L'Anse aux Meadows, and St Anthony. Lots to do, lots of hikes in the area.

Cute little camp ground, facilities we clean, staff were kind and attentive. Sites are a little small and exposed not many tall trees. Small swimming area just at the beginning of the camp ground great for kids.

Such a quiet campground close to St Anthony, L’Anse aux Meadows and many small coves and villages. No hiking at the park, however lots within a half hour drive.

A small campground, not too far away from L'Anse aux Meadows. I stayed there for two days while exploring the northern peninsula. It's an easy drive to all the Viking stuff, and there is a good restaurant/convenience store/gas station to the north in Raleigh not too far away. The campground itself is simple, but we'll kept. There is a single loop of primitive campsites nestled in a grove of stunted fir trees. Some of the campsites have a nice view of the bog adjacent to the camping area. The facilities are good with flush toilets and full sized shower stalls with hot water. Not too many campers, so there was never a wait to use the showers. There is also a small day use area with a beach/swimming area. Did not see anyone there during our visit, so you would probably have the place to yourself. Cost was very reasonable and check-in was easy. The rangers their were very nice and helpful as well. A great experience overall.
