I can't even give it a 1. We were so disappointed with our cabin. It was FILTHY! Cobwebs every where. The bathroom stunk. The refrigerator was disgusting. They had said the cabin had just been cleaned. It was not. The ceiling fan was caked with dust and cobwebs. Spiders hanging in corners. The showers were ice cold. No warm water at all. I have camped here for quite a few years. It was very disappointing. We left a day early. No plans to go back.

I have camped at this campground for years, last summer the owners told me they sold and new owners were coming in. Happy to hear this! This visit we stayed in cabin 303C, first time in this cabin, it had a twin bunk bed and a full size bed, a good size fridge with a freezer, a tv, fire pit and plenty of outlets. We planned on staying for 2 nights but had to leave the next morning, there must be mold in the cabin, I had an asthma attack and was wheezing all night. Just something to keep I mind if you have allergies or are asthmatic. Also, the mattresses are awful, do your self a favor and bring an air mattress. Also, no fan, bring a fan. I can’t comment on the TV or streaming, we didn’t use it. Also, they should put a porta potty near the cabins, the bathrooms at the office are clean, but you have to take a short walk, if you are a frequent bathroom visitor like me at night. The free wi-fi was a nice upgrade. Very disappointed that the office was closed when we arrived in the afternoon when they were to be open until 7pm. No key for our cabin, nobody answered the phone. Thankfully a man, a caretaker I assume, saw me looking around confused at the office door and helped me find a key after a brief wait. We were needing to purchase items in the office, but again, closed on a Friday afternoon. I will probably visit again, but next time, just bring my tent and avoid the cabins. Please consider treating for mold and mildew and replacing the mattresses. I wish you luck on the new venture!

The campground is being improved by the new owners. It is clean. The employees are friendly. They are very involved and very approachable. It's very family oriented. They have lots of activities on the holiday weekends. The views are beautiful.

My husband and I were SO pleased with our entire experience- booked a small cabin for the night while we were in town without doing much research on the area or campground and were bracing for the worst. Very friendly staff, clean cabins and a surprise TV with freezer and fridge. Well kept-up grounds as well. Beds were better than we’ve had at other campgrounds. As we were pulling out we both agreed that we would have to take a trip back to the area just to stay again

Not big rig friendly. Roads are very narrow. You may drag your back jacks coming out of the lower campground as well. RAIN. If it’s calling for rain or it has rained in the past 24 hours, go somewhere else. Campground is a major mudhole. You cannot walk without going through some level of mud. There are a group of family’s that come in on the weekends that have permanent campsites. They let their kids run wild all over the place. Running through campsites. Riding bikes through campsites. Just general disregard for everyone else’s space. I would advise looking elsewhere unless you have wild kids to join in with them. The owners are very pleasant but that doesn’t make up for the many pitfalls of staying in this campground.

Our large family loves Pla-Mor. The owners are very friendly. The pool and bathrooms/showers are very clean. Our younger kids enjoy the playground. Our older kids enjoy the game room. All of our kids love the camp store, and we love that all of the snacks are very reasonably priced. Our kids ask to go back every year.

Good place! Pool is super nice. We stayed in one of the smaller cabins and it's nice, clean, has a swing on the porch, walk for the bathroom isn't too far either. Plus, it's right off the highway! Easy access to town if needed.
