I needed a spot while my wife had major surgery. I wasn't looking for a resort just someplace close by, safe and quiet. Plantation met my needs but it's primarily long-term residents. The owner (I presume) Mr Patel was extremely accommodating and very pleasant.

The space was not level. The 30 amp breaker in the power box kept tripping had to use the 50 amp plug with adapter for electric and the sewer hookup was higher than the valve on the trailer. Luckily I could lower the tongue of the trailer to make it work still having to raise the hose itself to help drain the black and grey water tanks. After getting there and checking in they wanted to charge me 100.00 for the space after paying 98.60 on line. Was never given the WiFi sign ons. Would not recommend.
