There are a lot of changes going on in the park that is making it better. They are constantly new trailers being moved in on the river lots that they are wanting to sell. The changes that are being made are going to make the park a whole lot better and prettier than it has been in years. The residency is really nice and we love it there.

This is a great place to live, the water is beautiful along with peaceful and amazing community. I have rented a lot for three years and during this time I have seen a lot of changes and I'm excited to see more of what McCaig & Griffin is going to offer in the future. I love the new mobile homes they are bringing in and the new premium RV lots. You have to see them to know how beautiful they are and cant wait to see the others they are going to bring in. I have lived in the Plantation community for over 7 years and there are so many great improvements being made and much more to come. There are very nice new mobile homes on and off of the water that you can purchase from McCaig & Griffin if you're looking to live in this beautiful community. with a nice lakefront view overlooking the water. Or they also have them off the water. If you're looking for an RV spot they have new premium covered lots available and they are Amazing with the view overlooking Logan Martin Lake. You really need to see it to believe how nice it is. If you are interested you can contact someone on the sales team and they are always willing to help with your needs.
