Used the facility as a base when fishing with my son for a week in mid September. Clean and quiet. Plenty of room at each site, and the bath house we used was IMMACULATE. Price was very competitive too. I'll definitely stay there again.

I was very pleased with this park! They hosted a spaghetti dinner for the entire park, which was such a wonderful surprise. The manager mentioned it at check-in, and it truly made everyone feel included. I have to say, the manager was incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ve traveled to many parks, and these bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The grounds were also spotless. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed 1 night on our way through this area of NY. It was wonderfully well kept and quite. Friendly people and beautiful clean showers! Our spot was niced sized with lots of shade, a picnic table and fire pit. We enjoyed playing some shuffleboard and putt putt golf (even though it needs an upgrade)! We even got to feed the goats and sheep! Definitely a great place to stay.

Clean RV park close to Lake Champlain. The city park and beach are less than a mile away, as well as restaurants, shopping, groceries, and a gas station. The pool is tremendous and the grounds are clean and well cared for. Shuffleboard, mini golf, pickleball, and great community center are all available, and the facility hosts events and food trucks frequently. The cost is reasonable for the area. Alot of the RV sites are permanent, where people have parked their rig and added on to it, but everyone was super friendly. Some of the sites are small from side to side, even though they were deep enough to accommodate our 40 foot RV.

Well maintained campground, mostly seasonal campers. Everyone is friendly. Pool is outstanding. Everything is clean.
