I've lived in the park for 1 year, park is kept very clean, plenty of washer and dryers located in two different areas. Pool is maintained very well.

Sun Communities have no customer service. Management lacks experience

Very nice, clean and quiet. My family loves to stay here when we visit my father (he lives full time in the park). It is always peaceful and the staff are super nice. The rentals are always nice and clean when we arrive, the central air always works great plus wifi and basic cable is included which is nice. The pool is great, we go swimming just about every day that we're there. The bathrooms/changing rooms right next to the pool are always clean. There's a clubhouse right next to the pool that's pretty cool too, we haven't spent much time in there but we've seen lots of people go in and out. There's also a small dock where you can fish, we've caught multiple Catfish (catch and release). The security gate that surrounds the property is great and really helps to make it feel safe. All the people we've come in contact with here were friendly. The last time we stayed here we brought our cat, I can't remember if there was a deposit but even she liked the cottage we stayed in. A lot of people who live here or stay here have their pets with them, there's even a little fenced in dog park. This is a great place, I really hope they keep the rentals open for a while.

First time visiting for rental information. They welcomed me and gave detailed information on renting or buying and describing the amenities at the park. They seem to be a good rental property park. The park had a very good appearance on my drive thru.

Love this place. Staff is awesome. Most residents are really friendly and welcoming. So sad to see this park go to annual guests only.

Love this resort. Had a great few days here and was impressed with the front office and especially Tammy. She was very helpful, pleasant and courteous. Like most, this IS a 55+ resort community for perms and annuals. This resort is very clean, well kept grounds, love the lake and all the amenities they offer. Friendly and courteous residents too.. Like their rates and location. We will definitely be returning.

Buyer beware! This is not exclusively a +55 community. Be careful when reviewing the marketing. I recommend before signing a lease you drive through the ENTIRE park (Main Gate is open Monday - Friday during business hours) to see for yourself what you're getting into. Especially the first right after you enter the gate (E Section). This section has many rental properties. Management will rent to almost anyone. Consider your safety before moving in, speeding cars, break-ins and homeless people in the bathhouse. If you do decide to live at this park you will appreciate the majority of +55 friendly residents. If this park was "AS ADVERTISED" and management cared more about the residents safety than they do about collecting as much rent as possible, it would deserve a 5 star rating.
