Pleasant Valley is a lovely park with nice clean facilities and friendly people. Plenty of room between lots and well kept grounds. Lots of adult activities in the park and closely located to shopping, restaurants and several state and city parks for hiking, biking, birding and lots of butterflies! You won’t be bored! The resort includes several cultures of people and everyone has been very cordial. The local residents in this area are super friendly and helpful. It is a refreshing change from other areas of the country. Situated near the boarder is an opportunity to visit Mexico and enjoy the Rio Grand River. The area is very safe and rarely heard any sirens. Love the location, love the people and love the warm weather!

The main street is bad, lots of potholes. We get lots of complaints that there's a couple of mobiles, on the main road, that very trashy on the way to our park!
