The park is beautiful and has good amenities but the front desk lady makes it terrible. We were supposed to be long term tenants stayed a month everything was fine we paid didnt cause any issues then one day the office lady said I had to get out and asked daily if I was moving that day even though I had paid. As of today she showed up with 3 other people trying to be intimidating and yelling I needed to get out by tonight otherwise she was calling the cops she even threatened my dog. Once we told her to go ahead and call the cops she immediately switched up and said we could stay till the 5th that tells me she knows she was in the wrong. I will never recommend this place as long as she is working here. She is one of the most unpleasant people I have come in contact with.

Stayed in one of the cabins here. Was super disappointed that there was not a table outside to eat at. They do have a communal patio available, but it's not the most convenient to move your meal to another location. While the cabins are dated and a bit run down, they are equipped with beds, microwave, mini fridge, and tv. There was plenty of room for my family of five. The park is basically made up of long term tenants, and it felt like we were disturbing the neighborhood. The playground was very run down, but creek access was nice. Of the bathroom stalls that were working, the showers only had cold water. No cell service, and the wifi was spotty. Not a bad place to stop at, but the amount of things you have to bring in makes it seem almost not worth it.

Negative customer service. Voicemail full for days on end, really hard to get in touch with. Sent us an application and then when we filled it out we’re denied because they claim to require “ a 2005 or newer rig” when our trailer was completely renovated in 2021. We sent detailed personal info and spent a long timing filling out the application— a big deal breaker like age should be communicated immediately (and often is listen on RV park websites). We’re a queer artist couple and this smells like discrimination, and previous comments elude to this issue as well.

Only 10 minutes from downtown Tillamook which was convenient. We got there after hours and our site map was on the door. We parked and realized we had no cell service, went to look for the WiFi password, it was no where to be found. I emailed them (Friday night) and never got a response. We left Sunday morning. Not great service for people who work on the road. Great dog area. Full timer RVs are poorly taken care of and really disgusting.

We're full time RVers and this park is on the less welcoming side in regards to the residents. We have stayed here twice, but will most likely not be returning. Seeing Confederate flags displayed is very unappealing. Also, there were several times during walks when residents would just stare at us and when we said hello or waved they either quickly averted their eyes, or worse, just kept staring without a response. I have to mention that there was a very nice couple at a site on the end near the playground. They saw our 5 year old and stopped us to recommend taking him to Munson Creek Falls. That positive engagement was certainly appreciated in contrast to the others. The other downside to the park is how tight the sites are. I wish the atmosphere was a little more pleasant because I think the park is very beautiful. There is a playground for the little ones, rabbits running around (my son loves seeing them), large grassy field, and access to a creek to play in. The office lady was always polite when I went in to pay, and the park is also close to Tillamook for explorations.
