If you have kids - do not stay here! The Manager was super weird with the kids. One little girl who helped “run the rv park at only 12 years old” would set on his lap and he put his hands under her top while her parents would leave her there all alone all day. The bathhouse is the nastiest we have seen , and we travel full time . Full of mold. Roaches were so bad in the picnic and guest house. Electric kept surging because it’s “ran” wrong . That’s literally what manger told us. Just overall horrible experience. I have picture proof of EVERYTHING I listed.

Great, spacious, level camp sites. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Small and family owned which is my favorite as well as amazingly helpful and catering staff. We stayed for the week of the Apple festival and enjoyed everyday of it. We will be back for sure for some winter camping

I really did like this place until I didn't. I stayed here for about 10 months. Internet was awful. You'd be lucky to get a signal when everyone else is asleep. They'd shut your water off with NO WARNING to upgrade or work on the water lines. I was taking a shower before work and the water got shut off. Thankfully I had freezing cold jugs of water to rinse off with. They shut the water off when it's freezing outside but then when it's above freezing it would still be off. I dealt with it all winter long. The manager seemed nice until my rv got repossessed (due to my own financial struggles). This is where things went south so fast. The lot rent had just been paid a couple days prior. Unfortunately I was on my way to go take care of my father so I couldn't get my things. Come to find out from the repo guy the manager just started throwing away my kid's bikes and other things that were outside the camper. When I came back to the campground to get my mail it wasn't there and someone was in my old lot. Not a huge deal but they still had my money, threw away my property and when I called about my mail I asked if he sent it back and he said "yes" only to find out that it was never sent back. I wasn't a problem neighbor. I kept to myself. There was 2x that they said there was a problem with my payment but I always had the money in the bank. It's a shame that this went the way it did because I was planning on coming back after I had this figured out. Now every time I pass Plum Nelly I'm thankful to no longer be there. If you decide to stay here be careful.

I own a business here in Ellijay and needed a peaceful place to stay close to my business. Plum Nelly Campground was perfect for me. I stayed here for close to a year. I felt safe, it was always peaceful, and quiet. I would recommend this Campground to anyone
