Nice campground at the north end of Lake Davis. Two loops with about 20 spots each. Multiple handicapped spots for those needing accessibility. Pit/vault toilets located throughout the campground within walking distance. Drinking water spigots located throughout the campground, with 5 gallon buckets for dousing campfires. A short hike to the lake or boat ramp. Might see deer in the forest adjacent to the campground. Owls and bats are regular nighttime visitors. Usually 5+ degrees cooler than Reno.

Beautiful campground. Bathrooms were extra clean for this type of campsite. The water was a bit of a hike, but there were lots of good walking/exploring trails. Our campsite was very secluded and spacious.

Very clean campground but still some old downed trees to gather firewood. Many FF sites available when I was there. Very few insects except with outside lights on. No Yellowjackets, but didn’t eat outside. Camp host very friendly. Came around several times a day to check on things and ask if you needed anything. Bought a bundle of firewood for the first night before I found dead trees.

Amazing group campground. Fyi, no bear boxes. Bathrooms were very well cared for. Forest Service checked out 👍. Camp host was friendly and knowledgeable. Take shade if its going to be hot. Can run to Portola for supplies.

Great campground right by the lake. A little buggy and the camp host wasn't super attentive.
