Pointe South is a great place to reside. It's a very safe, peaceful and quite community. We've been here over 5 years and haven't had any issues. Maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner. Ms. Kim has been a blessing to us. She is very personable. She's willing to help in any way she can. She and her staff are amazing. Being less than 2 miles from stores and restaurants is the icing on the cake for me. We love it here.

Granada Townhouses, we have live there for many years. The living experience has been pleasant. The units and property is well maintained. Kim the property manager is a Blessing. Very kind person. If we give a maintenance request she takes care of it promptly, the maintenance staff has always gotten the job done and is very respectful when fixing things at the townhouse. The owners has also made living at Granada a pleasant place to live. I would recommend making Granada a place to call home.

If you’re looking for a place to call home, Pointe South is it! I lived there for 3 years and have to say this is a quiet, well maintained area with the best neighbors around! A big thank you to the Property Manager, Kim, and the maintenance staff! They are the best! If there were any problems or concerns with my home , Kim responded promptly to help resolve the issues. I also want to say thank you to the property owner for his hard work in making Pointe South such a great place to live.
