Absolutely awesome place to camp and enjoy your horses! The new camp hosts are so kind and helpful, they make the stay even more enjoyable. Shaded sites, clean restrooms, two NICE cabins and the stall set ups are awesome (almost all are covered!). We drove two hours and are happy to say we'll be returning often! Loved the trails, shoes all the way around are highly recommend! This is a must for Missouri horse camping!!!

The new owners are working hard to make this camp a top destination for horseback riders! Two of us brought LQ trailers and one of us stayed in the cabin near the BBQ shelter. The cabin was a handy place for us to meet in the AC (hottest week of the year so far here) and the horse stalls were nicely maintained and easy to reach/see/hear from the camp sites. Electricity and water are available at sites, and gorilla carts available at the furthest sites for cleaning stalls; owners help with manure removal. We’ve been here before under former management (loved it then, too!) and we are impressed with how nice and dedicated the new owners are! Backcountry Horsemen help with the challenging trail maintenance on Corp of Engineers property; so despite 40” of rain earlier this year they’re still in good shape.

great campground locaded near the state park if you want to get here best ways are i44 to exit lebanon mo then 64 west to the dirt roads to highway rb there fastest and the 2nd fastest is 64 west to highway d to highway rb 5 minutes longer and i44 to exit lebanon mo to 32 west then 83 north to highway rb up to campgrounds 10 minutes longer way great campground in flemington mo horseback riding is the best here fishing not as fun but if you hate horseback riding fishing is best boating is very fun also lots of others too

Great Campground with a great set up. Electric and water sites available. Public Showers and toilets available. Giant barn stalls, and pens to turn your horses in. Run by great people. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Had a great time with the kids! The owner and her employee were wonderful; very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our requests for our special needs son and the cabin was lovely. The trails were a lot of fun, they let the kids play in their sprinkler and the view of the stars was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to go back! Truly a great find close enough to get away from town.
