Loved out one night stay here. The RV sites so close together but we didn't have any issues. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The shower and toilets were clean and spacious. There was also loads of blackberries along the back of where we were staying! Would come back again

We used to love staying here, cabins are great. Location is great. BUT will never stay there again as we were banned for canceling a reservation. Saw the TRUE side of the owner. Was not pleasant. And I am not the only one who was banned for having to shorten their stay. A colleague of mine had a same experience with the as well. He booked a cabin for a couple of days and he had asked if he was able to leave early due to weather not being able to get out to his station of employment and got a sorry can’t do that and he was fully charged for both. He too will never stay there again, give and take is how to build a great working relationship with contractors and others. Another person had a room for two days and had to cancel his reservation due to family issues, he too was fully charged and when he called to discuss the issue he was treated very rudely…. money is more important than a happy customer I guess….👎

Friendly service, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a great location. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in between a sea kayaking trip and a backpacking trip to cape scott. It was so nice to be able to pull our vehicle up right next to our cabin to clean and organize our equipment. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is quiet and a very short drive to downtown. If you are considering staying here you absolutely should!

We chose to stay here in our trailer last minute and they had space. The staff are incredibly friendly and they keep the spaces very clean. They have great amenities: new, clean, powerful bbqs that are available for anyone’s use, 2 bathrooms with showers ($1 for 5 minutes), 2 washers & dryers (I think it was $2 wash & $3 dry), an outdoor sink, and garbage disposal/recycling. It was extremely affordable to stay for 2 nights and they’re dog friendly. They’re also right along an estuary that was home to many eagles (and other beautiful birds). We’ll make a point to stay here anytime we’re in Port Hardy!

An amazing place to stay, just a few minutes out of Port Hardy. Have stayed in the cabins twice in the past 2 months and will go back without a doubt. Kirsten at the front desk has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was extremely polite, friendly and offered some lovely recommendations for eating in town. The cabins themselves are very clean, comfortable and cozy. The ones with 2 queen beds do not have much room to move around or keep stuff. It's not a complaint, just a recommendation that for 2 people go for the cabin with 1 queen and futon. The kitchenette is very well equipped, better than some of the hotels I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend this place!
