Went to see my hubby for a week with kids . Front desk lady was friendly , little hiccup on check out . The regular clients were super nice , went to Bingo night with kids - oldies loved them BUT not the manager Willy . Officially been blacklisted . I wondered why there where NO kids there , so no not kid friendly , for forbids if they ride bikes around or are too loud at the pool ( that was quite dirty to be honest)

They are working on upgrades, receadded a rec room for activities. Showers are a little shabby. Has a car wash, hot tub and pool. Activities.

The office is the only place that is clean. Otherwise what a dump. It's over crowded, can't hook to bk water dump, clean water extra far away. Basically had a primitive spot while paying full price. Walmart parking lot would have been better.

I walked to the electric hook-up and back, and my tennis shoes were full of sandburrs! The RV's are practically on top of each other. The women's toilets and shower stalls are pretty rough. Thank goodness I only reserved two nights! Update: The manager was professional and courteous when I asked for and got a full refund, which I appreciated.

Kudos to the park for having a policy in place to ensure that only registered residents/renters use the amenities. However, being constantly questioned about our pool bracelets is intrusive and uncomfortable. I am giving this RV park a one-star rating due to ongoing negative experiences at the pool area. During our stay, we were repeatedly approached and questioned by an individual, a Karen—who is not employed by the park—regarding our pool bracelets. This occurred multiple times, often on the same day or across different visits, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for our family. This is our first time renting at this RV park, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last due to unwelcoming atmosphere created by the Karen. Each weekend, we experience repeated interruptions from this person, who frequently questions our children about their bracelets—even when they are visibly wearing them as well as ourselves. Her behavior is intrusive and has significantly diminished our enjoyment of the amenities. It appears this individual may be attempting to reserve the poolside seating area near the bar for private gatherings on the weekends particularly Saturdays. We hope the park management will consider addressing this issue to ensure a more respectful and inclusive environment for all residents/renters.

Very nice rv park with great amenities. They are very strict, but understandably knowing how people have ruined other places in the area.

Pool Security need to work on people's skills when asking for pool bracelets. If you approach with a rude attitude you will get a rude response. Everyone's trying to relax from work And when approached with an attitude like that you're going to get an attitude back. Ps-- Hello Just a friendly reminder You need to Pool Bracelets to be in here. Thank you

Been here one day and already love it Office people are amazing. Workers are great, help you park the RV and set-up I've got my own private dock and fishing spot (checking crab traps when sun comes up) I'll be here at least 2 months. Absolutely love it.. and Tiggernado does too

It’s a relatively nice RV park with lots of amenities, its own boat ramp and docks, and some lots have deck area on the canal. It’s close enough to the island that you can enjoy restaurants and nightlife without the expense of staying on the island itself. It is also gated and gates remain closed except for passage of tenants so it’s safe and I’d assume relatively crime free. Downsides are most the lots are just gravel and grass and it’s a long idle with the boat to get out of the harbor ~15min. But you can rent a boat slip and have the boat in the water saving launch time so perhaps it offsets that. The park is very diligently managed to keep out those that are not wanted. We feel safe and every one is friendly.

Best one in Port Isabel. Gated free Wi-Fi they keep it clean no crack roosters. They should make the gate a little bit easier to get in and out of sometimes they're up in your business the all in all Good Park

This RV park is a great location for those wanting to be close to Padre Island. Everything is close by for everything you could possibly need. It's a gated park with many amenities including heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, lighted fishing piers, showers, propane service, car and RV wash, really nice laundry facility, free Internet and cable TV, community room with many events (bingo, pot luck dinners, music, art classes, yoga, etc.). Most spots are gravel or grass, but at least level. They have spots on the water, but we weren't able to get one, so took an inside spot for only $420/mo. Very reasonable prices and just 3-4 miles from the Island. The staff here are also very nice and courteous. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the RVs are a bit too close together for my comfort, but then again, it's an RV park and not a campground.
