It's time for a new one scoop reviews this nice little rv park features a cozy little bar for all to enjoy after 1pm and a bus to take anyone around the town of Newport or there's are friendly taxi services available to hire to transport also lyft and Uber are unavailable in the town of Newport so don't attempt it anyway for boat owners there's a dock availability depends on season and if they have room to store the boat lastly the staff are extremely friendly and not rude at all till next time everyone bye for now.

DID NOT RECEIVE REFUND AS PROMISED. We arrived to set up at our reserved spot at the Annex, to find it occupied. It took the host and Security 'till almost dark to vacate those people. But then we didn't feel safe plugging in since our electric box was only 3' from the neighbors large fire ring group. Next day at the RV office, the clerk said she'd refund us for that night, and offered a free night at the expensive main RV area. Surprise! We were charged for both nights, and despite leaving several call messages, we never got a call back and never got a refund. BEWARE: the Annex is a dirty cramped dump -- and park staff will lie to you!

Mr.Bones here it's time for my review port of Newport the park was very lovely to walk around in during the day and night just beware it can be a little bit dark especially in the parking lot and sidewalk so bring a light or keep your distance from other people at night that's all Mr bones out.

The camp hosts are the WORST AND RUDIEST I have ever dealt with. I may have not seen (the absence of) posted directional signs or may have pulled in minutes to 5, OF WHICH THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED BEFORE CLOSING ACCORDING TO MY CLOCK but I didn't even have power in my sight. Park issue due to outdated hookups. This makes me go to the HOST sight to ask for assistance. For almost 100 a night with veteran discount, this should be much better service. Even a host that acknowledges you would be better.

Clean park, right on the marina. Easy to access. Desk people friendly. Paved spots with full hook ups. Great for fishermen. Activities within walking distance, and shuttle to downtown available. Quiet park.
