You get what you pay for. Trash floats about the property, very unkempt place, dog poop everywhere, before you park and set up walk about to check where to park, make sure there is water on that site, self check in, not a quiet area if school is in session. Good enough for one night stay in passing.

The camp area was nice enough. There are not many fire pits or picnic tables. However, the bathrooms are terrible. It appears they haven’t been cleaned in some time, if ever.

It is a go-to stop over. Sites have electric, water and sewer hook-ups. It is a self-check-in, so you get what you pay for $25. Bathroom is the weakest link. It is hard to imagine that anyone would be brave enough to take a shower in there, but then again someone was comfortable enough to "settle" in with all their soaps and shampoos, etc.

Good over night stop in rv. Easy off and on highway. Host and long term campers very friendly. One of the long term campers drove us to the grocery store so we didn't have to disconnect our toad. Then took us for a tour of the small community providing information.

Awesome little campground! Quiet, lovely. Full hookups, nice tall shade trees. If you don't need the bathrooms, don't use them as they are rough. But for $20 it's perfect!

This has become our go to place when we are coming thru the area. Full hook up and only$20.00 per night.

This is a wonderful self service camping site. 30/50 amp, septic and water for $20 a night. The money goes towards the local 4-H program. Definitely recommend this place

Quiet, yet only 2 miles from I-80. Restrooms definitely need updating but were adequate for our purposes. Self-register and pick your own site for $20. We had the place mostly to ourselves on a Tuesday evening.

On a recent 2 day drive from Rocky Mountain National Park to Indiana Dunes National Park we drove through Nebraska and Iowa and saw pretty much nothing but corn. Wanting to overnight and get back on the road, we found Pottawattamie County Fair Campgrounds on our Allstays app. Just 2 miles off I-80, this $20 a night park offered full hookup in a park setting with plenty of first come first serve availability. Just don’t use the restrooms. And watch the tree branches on your turns.
