The office staff refused to accept a delivery from Amazon. I an staying here for 6 weeks and they simply refuse to assist in helping me. In fact they told my i could figure out how to get a package delivered and could always go to the local post office for arrangements. I asked them if they could explain to me how to have a package delivered to general delivery which iswhen they told me i could figure it out on my own. I will never stay in this campground again.

We stayed the weekend of 5/9-5/11. We were expecting the premium site to at least have gravel under the picnic table, it was just dirt which was MUD due to the rain. The kids were excited for the "Mother's day Brunch and craft event scheduled for 5/10 INSIDE the Activity Building..well it was cancelled which was riduculous since it was originally scheduled inside and so we figured it would be a great rainyday activity. We were told the "food truck cancelled" we assumed it was more like since over 50% of the camper reservations cancelled due to the rain it was not worth it for the campground to host it for those who stuck it out, paid and came. All the campground amenities were still closed, it was advertised that wifi was included on our site, it was not even strong enough to connect our camper TV. UGH..not a good experience, I know it is early in the season, but if you charge full price, you should give full service!

Our first time camping with our trailer and family. What a great experience! The facilities were very clean and the staff was hands down, THE BEST! Would recommend to friends and strangers.

I was trying to book a 1 week stay here and requested a specific site which was available. While getting ready to pay for it they tried to get an additional fifty dollars to guarantee my site selection. When I pay premium pricing, I expect my reservation to be honored as reserved. Thanks, but no thanks. I will be staying somewhere that guarantees my requested site.

We come 2-3 times per season and every trip is great. The pools are fantastic and the location with the trolley to the beach can’t be beat. Bathrooms are always spotless and there are plenty of large sites so you’re not right on top of your neighbors. We look forward to visiting again every time we leave.

Awesome place for camping , pricey but worth . Spacious sites and lots of activities. Walking distances to Old Orchard Beach or the trolley from the Campground makes it very convenient. Very clean Friendly staff

There is alot for kids here, and they have a trolley that takes you to Old Orchard Beach throughout the day. Very close to other attractions in nearby towns, and about half hour from Portland. If you are tent camping or have a small rig, this is ideal. Not big rig friendly, as the premium sites are very close together, and there are only a few sites that don't abut two or three other trailers. My trailer was surrounded by four other trailers, just too claustrophobic to be enjoyable. The layout is great if you are camping in groups, and all parties want to be clustered together. Most of the sites are not shaded, more resembling a grass parking lot. More than 50% of the park is designated seasonal only, and these are more desirable site locations, even though they are also very close together. Grounds are clean and well maintained.

Awesome place to camp. Well organized and clean as can be. They have staff cleaning all day. They definitely have a system to keep everything clean and making sure everyone is having fun. Getting a bit pricey for camping but we'll worth it. FYI the camp store is not open at all this year so all the small stuff you need your going to have to take a short ride to get.
