My old roommate lives here and has for several years. I visit often. You have the RV hookups on one side of the road that are on slabs and the other side is well maintained grass. These people are nice as can be. One of them is the mayor of Cowart. So if you're working a shut down at the paper mill or nuclear plant and need a clean and reasonable spot ,this is it. Also,it's very quiet with very little traffic.
