Taylor Springs

Booked a none smoking room. Room was really nice and clean, with a microwave and small fridge. Was able to order room service, which was very convenient. I noticed they also had a little dog park area, so good to know they allow dogs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Bikes Brews and BBQ

I'll start by saying we used to love this place. When the new outdoor pool opened last year, it seemed like a great addition, but since then, things have unfortunately started to decline. We used to recognize most of the staff on the casino floor, the service was top notch, and the slots offered decent paybacks. However, over our last three visits, we've noticed a real drop in service quality. There's also been an increase in questionable guests, often with large groups of kids, which has changed the overall atmosphere. On top of that, we haven’t had any luck at the machines lately. I’m hopeful this is just a temporary adjustment period as they settle into the changes brought by the new pool. Still, it's gotten to the point where the drive out here doesn’t feel quite worth it anymore. That said, we’ll be back next month and fingers crossed things start to turn around. They just changed the menu and the hours for the grill which was a nice change. But stay away from the Philly, see the attached photo..

Overall I would still rank this a 5/5 despite my minor feelings. Rooms: honestly the rooms are pretty nice! I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 different times. I have stayed on the old wing and new addition. I prefer to stay on the new addition if possible, because we bring our family and there is less of a “smokey” smell because it’s on the new addition! The only time I prefer the original side is if I’m right beside the hot tubs. Those are GLORIOUS!!!! Casino: I’m not a gambler and even I enjoy it!! My husbands family loves to play and I enjoy hanging out and watching the games! Such a fun experience! Location: The location is a 4 out of 5 because it’s far away from me…. ;) no seriously it is close enough to Hiawatha and Topeka! If you have kids it’s nice to take them into the city for the morning and do some shopping and then head on back to do some swimming and hot tubbing! Facilities: ten out of ten!! Game room, gym, top golf, pool, hot tubs galore! So many many many places to eat! I can’t get enough of their facilities! My husband and his family love Friday night crab night! Service: five out five. The staff are very attentive and the service was super quick and efficient. We ordered a pizza pool side and it came out within the next 30 minutes! Overall: we love this casino and resort and enjoy coming! I recommend this to everyone!

The room was clean, but smelled like smoke. Not recent but the kind from when it was smoked in but they quit 5 years ago. Service at every spot was fantastic. Every spot really. Just over an hour from KC. Facility was well cared for. We went to a comedy show...it was great. All in all it was well worth it.

It was another Sunday. No win. Mother's Day... yes, waitresses pass you by really fast.. nice gifts, though you basically pay for them. I been going there over 5 years and have I hit the grand or barely any majors. I'll keep going though.

We mostly visit for the great shows at Prairie Band Casino, the rooms and amenities are awesome for the price. Excellent restaurant experiences as well. All the staff are very friendly and the entire resort is well kept and clean. We will definitely be going back many times for the foreseeable future.

We attended an event for our jobs at the casino. We are not gamblers but enjoyed our stay. The steakhouse food was delicious. The outdoor pool, hot tubs, TV's and outdoor furniture are nicely placed to sit outside and soak up some fresh air and sunshine. The rooms and casino are clean and the service is very helpful when we had questions or needed something.

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this Resort on a return Road Trip to Canada. It just happen to be the exact thing we needed after a few days of long hours of driving. From the Superb Supper Buffet to the exciting Casino plays, to the gorgeous outdoor, open air, Hot Tub with a beautiful Sky View of all the stars,,,, it was fabulous!!! The large room was very comfortable, and the king bed was very relaxing and comfy. The breakfast buffet was included and soooo delicious , due to the perfect handmade Omelet that the chef prepared one at a time and made to order. The atmosphere of the dining room was magnificent, and the waiter was terrific ( sorry, I don’t remember his name)

This Resort/Casino is truly a hidden gem! The rooms are spotless, and the casino itself is spacious, offering a great atmosphere whether you're a gambler or not. Even if you're not into gambling, I highly recommend taking advantage of the day spa and jacuzzi — it's the perfect way to relax and unwind. It’s an ideal spot for a quick getaway, especially if you live nearby. We’re already planning to bring our children down for a quick spring break trip. It’s a great place to escape for a little while and enjoy some quality time with loved ones!

This would have been a 5-star rating had it not been for the smoke stench around the sleeping rooms. Also, our friends were next to a room with a barking dog-who the hell brings a dog to a casino hotel and obviously leaves it in the room while gambling? The hotel rooms were very nice, loved the hot tubs in the courtyard, and the stagf was pleasant and helpful. We ate at the on-site steakhouse and it was great! Gambling... no one won anything to shout about, in fact, didn't see anyone get a large payout ! Make this place totally smoke and pet free, that would be a great enhancement!

Very nice casino. Coupons are generous but the wins are few. Rooms are nice but the smoke from the hall really seeps in ,we put towels at the door bottom. No smoking down the halls would be wonderful or A way to vent the smell would be good but unlikely to happen. Very comfortable beds but didn't get any sleep with the loud slamming doors all night, if people would hold them a little that would help, maybe a sticker by the handle like: "Please Hold Door to Close, Respect Sleeping Neighbors" or "Sleeping Players", might help. Overall it's always a good stay at Prairie Band but just wanted to give a couple suggestions that affect me.

Very select few keno machines, mostly slots, but my first time I won $20 off the $10 prairie cash I got from spinning the wheel for new members. My employer hosted an event room and the meal was superb. Excellent guest service- they take the time to explain things and do so with a very polite and patient attitude. Literally the only downside to my visit was the limited keno availability. That doesn't deserve a star knocked off tho.

It was nice to visit my home town casino again!!! Staff is good...they could be more happier and act like they like their job! Entertaining with your guest is a HUGE thing! Let us know we feel welcome. Besides that your place is clean and comfy! Thanks for the good experience again!!!
