We stayed at Prairie Creek just one night as we are travelling home from Utah. I booked the site online and the process was very easy. The sites are very cheap. We arrived later than we expected but the camp host came right over to our site and was very helpful and friendly. This is a lovely campground. It was the quiet wooded relaxing place to stop that we needed.

Went on a half mile hike and learned how maple syrup is made. They also have a couple playgrounds, basketball court and plenty of trails. Very family friendly and our guide for the maple syrup hike was very friendly and informative.

Came here during the eclipse with my fiance, soon to be brother and Sister in law and his girlfriend. This is a very nice park, it's quiet, clean and out of the way. They have a nice pavilion where we ate some yummy sandwiches and snacks 😊🥪 We then watched the eclipse, which looked so incredible that it doesn't even look real! It looks like Armageddon is coming! I'm glad I got to watch it with my fiance 😊 And while here, two new fiance's were made!

This park is a gem! Tucked away in Prairie Creek, you'll find a quiet retreat. Even on the ever popular last weekend of the camping year, Halloween, the park was full yet relatively serene. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the campsite host for our parking pass and received an informational pamphlet, too. Campsite #34 has water and electric with a dump station just around the corner. The shower house is close in proximity and was in great condition! Highly recommend camping at PCP!!

Very well maintained campground and trails. Lots of kids playground equipment and clean bathrooms. Boat launch, fishing lake, exercise equipment, tent and RV camping. We've stayed here a few times and everyone was super nice and helpful. Gorgeous in the fall and spring! Truly a hidden secret and we will be back!

Camp sites are pretty good. As always it depends on neighbors so we had an early morning wakeup but so be it. Sites are pretty flat and 2 primitive sites the rest are full hookups. #11 towards the looked really good. We had P1 which is close to entrance, P2 looked better. Bathrooms were clean, showers were a surprise but didn't try them. Trails are okay we walked out on the damn, which was cool. Not sure how big the trail system is but plenty for a nice evening walk.
