I used to work on the road and would pass this place twice a week. We would stop every time and each stop was absolutely wonderful! Very clean facility, the staff were always friendly and helpful. Never stayed in the rooms so I can't speak on that.

The hotel gal that took my reservation was very polite and helpful! (wish I had gotten her name bc she was very helpful) The hotel room (#114) was clean but the beds were old (but we still got sleep). The trim of the wallpaper was peeling down though. We stayed on a Saturday nite and ate at the buffet. It was VERY tasty and the food (salad bar) looked fresh! The tuna and pea salad was delicious. Although the hotel was probably almost full I never heard 1 door slam shut, like at other hotels. We lost our butts in the casino and when I did hit something good it barely paid out anything! ☹️ Parking lot was well lit.

Do not gamble early in the morning! You WILL be approached by random people that will ask you for money and also if you want to buy drugs! This has happened on several occasions. Security does absolutely nothing! I no longer feel safe. Ill go throw away my money elsewhere!

They were booked so we had to take a smoking room. They offered send house keeping up to air freshen the room. It wasn’t too bad so we opted for no air freshener. The room was clean. It was reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

I did not stay in the hotel so I can't review that. I am very disappointed with the rest areas not able to accommodate walkers in the stalls because they are to narrow, so those of us with walkers sometimes have a line for the one handicap stall in one of the rest rooms while about 5 or 6 stalls sit empty. I waited in line with 3 others with walkers for an able bodied person to leave the larger stall. If I had been able to use a regular stall I would have. I tried backing in but my walker was several inches to wide. The bathrooms have always been clean as far as I've seen . It's just not enough walker accessible stalls. On one trip to the casino Sept 8 my daughter & I were seated in dining by the cashier she said she would get us a waitress. She went to the kitchen told them we were there. One other table had 2 people. We waited i even thought about taking my walker over to the pop machine myself. I'm sure it was at least 10 minutes. Finally the person came out took our drink order I could not read her name tag that was hanging at her waist. It then was another long wait for the drinks to come back. Tables were starting to fill up the waitress in that area seemed to handle all of them 6 tables got their drinks & orders in & we still did not receive our pop. Another couple came & sat in the area we were sitting they also waited & waited. They sadly were first timers & were celebrating the wife's birthday. We tried to assure them that it usually is very good service. The waitress from the other area came to us & asked if she could get us drinks we said the waitress took our drink order. So she waited on the couple got them drinks & even took their food order. We still had not received or drinks. Finally our drinks came. She took our food order... by then we were not very happy at all!!! We still were trying to assure the other couple that it was not normally like this. We ate our food & only once we were asked if the food was ok. I think she sensed we were not happy with her. I should have asked her name but I did not. The other couple said they did not think they would ever come back. I did tell them they should give it one more try, as it was not a normal experience for us either & we go every week. Either on Sunday or on a Monday as that's when my daughter has off. We returned on September 14th & had a very pleasant dining experience Pam was our waitress, she has been our waitress several other times as well. I can not say enough about how helpful she has been to us explaining things not only with our dining experience but explained how our comps were & taught us things we did not know. She has been very attentive & extremely pleasant. I have never had a bad experience when she has waited on us. & there is an older gal that is small in stature that also waited on us that was very good & quick to get our orders. I have recommended to several people to eat at the casino. I am sad that the buffet isn't everyday like it used to be. But ordering off the menu on Mondays isn't so bad either it's cheaper & more affordable after we've donated so much of our money to the machines. Hahaha.

Very friendly staff. My grandson had his birthday party there and the pool was wonderful. Very nice and clean area. The gift shop is so delightful with super cute things to find.

Great casino - not too big, not too small. Lots of fun games including some that I hadn't seen for a long time. Lunch was delicious, especially the wild rice soup. Looking forward to returning for an overnight to have time to explore the nearby parks as well as play some more 😀. Very recommended!
