Great place to walk your pups on the boardwalk. Nice beaches. The camping areas look very clean and decent. Will definitely be back to do more boardwalking. Will be booking some camping weekends there for sure.

I love this place. There are a lot of things for you and your kids to discover. The park is clean and well layout. We spend a lot of time on the beach, the water is warm and shallow. The sunset there is stunning. A visit to the light house is a must; there is a small beach with rocks that you can skipping rocks. The shop near the light house provides lot of information too. The park has daily activities for children and adults to do too, and you can find all the info in the shop.

conveniently located just 10 minutes off the 401 and about an hour from Scarborough. The entrance fee is $20 per car, and you need to book online before you arrive. The facilities are well-maintained, with the washrooms being exceptionally clean. From the parking lot, it's a short 400-meter walk to the beach. We chose Beach 1, which was beautiful and had good, clean water. One thing to note is that there are no garbage bins at the beach itself, so you need to carry your trash back to the parking area where the bins are located. Additionally, pets and drones are not allowed. Overall, it's a great spot for a day trip, and we had a fantastic time!

Our new favorite place to camp! We love all things nature. You could hear the waves from our camp site. Lots of trails to wander down. There is a stunning marsh trail and a beautiful lighthouse to visit. If you are into birds, download a good bird app and bring your camera lenses. The sites are a nice size and private enough with big trees between for shade. The park was fully booked when we were there, but it is spread out enough that it doesn't feel that busy. You are not on top of your neighbors. This is a really fabulous park. We will be going back for sure.

Great place to spend one day or two hours! I would recommend starting with the Nature Centre and Lighthouse/Interpretative Centre, because they have some fun (albeit old) exhibits and very friendly staff on hand to provide you with suggestions and answer any questions. You can drive all the way to the tip of the park, which is convenient, but the road also makes it feel less natural as they take up so much space. So, if you’re looking for a more natural hiking environment this might not be the place for you; if you just want to relax and do some short, casual walks, this is a great place! The Marsh Boardwalk trail is not to be missed and late afternoon is a great time to do it for perfect lighting. The trail is very easy and quite short, with plenty of short, informative plaques along the way. The horse trees offer some interesting photo opportunities.
