This place is absolutely disgusting. I live in front of this place and it is terrible. This place is unkept and dirty. There are people who leave their dogs outside barking ALL day. They will steal your food and packages if delivered there on accident. They deal illegal substances through the fence and more. This trailer park needs to be closed completely and permanently.

Good luck trying to get sandy (the property manager) to fix anything at all! Everyone one of these trailers has black mold and are so run down it's ridiculous. We are leaving because the conditions are so bad. It's no wonder the military are banned from living here.

I lived here with my boys for a couple of years from around 1990 to Dec 1993 when I left for another tour in Korea. I can't remember what lot number we were in, but there was a guy across the road from me named Calvin who was a truck driver that I became friends with. I remember the owner, Roy was a very nice Landlord. Is he still around there?

Management is ok, just moved in. They are all nice your first month. Trying to get through my things to do list with maintenance man now. Will update after I see how long it takes for them to complete tasks

Called and she asked how manny I told her three of us two adults and a new born, then she asked me my age I told her 20 and she said sorry I can’t rent to you. You can’t rent to some one because of there age what a shame
