Easy on off access from freeway. Clean park. Large sites. More residents than travelers. Most sites don't have tables outside, just the long term sites Biggest issue was the laundry. They lost power in the stand alone laundry building while I was doing laundry. Maintenance could not get it going. I had to then take our loads of clothes in varing degrees of wetness to a neighborhood laundry. This turned into a huge production. After talking with our neighbors, apparently the residents know not to use that stand alone site 🤷♀️ They were friendly and convenient.

Great staff and a wonderful pool and spa area… community center and laundry rooms. Also, for the area it is extremely safe and homey! Comae talk to Rhonda and reserve a great spot which is centrally located. The only drawback is it is a DOWISATRIPLA neighborhood😂

We really enjoyed our 4 month stay at Prince of Tucson. We always felt safe and calm. Rhonda from front office is the best!

Had a great 2 month stay, convenient to the interstate while still feeling tucked away. Front office all extremely helpful and friendly! Pool was much appreciated.

Terrible experience. Zero security in the area, homeless people right by the entrance and we got our mountain bike stolen. Bolt cutters used and all on both locks. Better off staying in actual campgrounds. Safer. EDIT: Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars specifically for the owner and how she handled our situation. We told her about the bike as we checked out and she called us back a little over an hour later because she thought she found the bike at the homeless campground across the way. She took pictures of the area where the bike was and called 911 on them, the employees scoped it out and were even willing to grab it for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't our bike. I'd rate this higher than 5 if able just on the pure hospitality and genuine care from these people. Thank you guys so much!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a "home" feel to it. Would highly recommend. Very close to anything you may need.

Stopped here for a few days to visit family in the Tucson area. Office staff are friendly and polite. RV sites are fairly spacious, restrooms are clean and sanitary. There's no dog park/run, but there are places to walk them along the entrance and elsewhere. There's a fantastic bike path immediately outside the gate which was nice for early morning walks and cycling. We'd definitely stay here again.

Loved this park. Pull thru was large enough for my motorhome and cargo trailer. Rhonda the manager was exceptionally nice. Plan on stopping here.

UPDATE JUNE 2021 I lived here for 3 years!! This place OMG ... love it ... Full time... Or snowbird... Doesn't matter .. Pets are ok... I don't dont think they care anymore about what breed of dog you have, just watch your pets close if they are unpredictable. Asphalt/pea gravel ground ... Quiet. Employees are nice n helpful. Pool is refreshing and the clubhouse has things to do on a rainy day. I Recommend u stay here!

Manager was very nice. The maintenance guy was super nice and helpful. Let us borrow a 50 to 30 amp plugg adapter because we didn't have one. Needed one due to the 30 amp receptacle being broken at the site we stayed in.
