Rented a cabin, had holes around air conditioner and doors didn’t seal! This allowed every bug in the state free range! Shower drain was extremely slow, cabin didn’t appear to ever been updated! The entire campground was extremely run down!

It's a beautiful park! We loved it. The only downside was finding check in. The signs were small and hard to notice. At the entrance the sign was really small. Then at the marina where you check in they were hard to notice. We loved the park and will definitely go there again!

Overpriced rundown campground. Use to be a luxury camping destination for tent or house on wheels alike. Bathhouses were nasty and not well attended. Tent sites had some weird mesh stuff that stuck to the soles of your shoes and caused multiple trips. Tents sites were extremely crowded and trash left around. Quiet hours not observed. Lagoon area suitable only for the well fit individual and many sections deflated or missing. While our puppies were the only ones not running wild and barking their heads off in our section we were approached by staff about someone being jumped on by a dog. Staff was rude and uninformtive when asked about boat and golf cart rental prices.

The condo was fine, but the view was killer. I cought some fish out back, had a nice fire in the provided ring, and enjoyed making dinner with my family while visiting for the eclipse. Lots of friendly neighbors as well, and the location is great for walking.

We had a cabin for a week. The price was reasonable. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was worried the cabin would be small, but NO, it was spacious, and we had a great view of the lake. Tree house 2 was ours. There are tons of thing's for kids and adults to do. You can rent a golf cart for your stay. I would stay again. The bathrooms were very clean. They supply sheets, blankets, and pillows. Our cabin had t.v with lots of channels and free wifi. Heat and a/c It's out in the middle of no where bit it's worth it. We didn't want to leave.

Affordable, clean, kind. Beautiful scenic views and kind, helpful staff. Be aware the WiFi isn’t great and the cellphone reception can be dicey depending on your carrier!

Condo layout was super comfortable, floors could use some upgrade(lots of water damage with floor boards lifted) and blinds could use upgrade. Overalll, staff was friendly(esp.jesse), many fishing spots, easy parking area, lots of neat amenities for kids. Our first time condo experience was very nice. Thankyou. Also Quince you are awesome!

When we got here we had no idea our spot would be RIGHT ON THE WATER!! I cannot be more THRILLED! Beautiful views. Full amenities. We got food delivered from the restaurant on site at the marina. It's a beautiful place.

Very nice campground! My family usually guess to Gatlinburg every year for vacation however this year we decided to give this place a try. All three of my children said this vacation was better than Gatlinburg. Guess t this means we have a new spot to go and so much closer to home. Thank you for a wonderful experience. See you next year!

I like going here and there are only a few problems. The first thing being that some of the rooms are a bit old or used. For example, the room we had, (Treehouse 1) the doorknob was broken. We were not able to lock the doors as a result of this. This could have been a security threat. As far as the golf cars that they rent, they are good and maintained. However, they do not have much of a system for returning them/getting them out. The website says that check out and check in is one time and they say at the check out desk that it is something different. One thing some people worry about is the cleanliness of the bathroom. These bathrooms however, are very well cleaned and maintained. There are a lot of cool things you can do while you're here that is included in the room fee. We had an amazing time and I am sure you will if you give it a chance.
