Beautiful sunset! All of a sudden my little Honey just stopped and looked at the sunset and had me take a minute to enjoy as well! Such a wonderful place! We love this campground and an awesome golf course next door!

We stayed at this RV park for 3 nights. We had a very good time. The location we chose was very nice with supplied water and electricity (50amp). The parking for RV was level, it was very clean, and we had a great view of the lake plus easy access. The only reason for the 4 star vurses 5 was because the restroom/shower facilities do not appear to be taken care of. They have no air inside, so it was extremely hot. They were full of bugs inside, and nobody wants to shower or use the restroom with bugs landing and crawling on you. Two of the restrooms had black widow spiders attached to them, which is not safe. I think weekly or biweekly pest control treatments would solve most of the problems. I also do revommend updating the toilets.

Stayed during January, and it was a decent stay. Got very snowy/icy, but the showers still remained hot and some of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen at a campground lately. No complaints really, just not much to do, and the sites have no privacy.

Didn't catch any fish but got some bites and had sooo much fun and laughs with my friend.

Very nice, quiet during the winter months. Loved bird watching and the magnificent sun rises.

Nice COE park. We stayed at full hookup site off water, but still managed to book a site with some water views. This COE park does NOT require two night bookings on weekends!! That was new for us... ( May be true seasonally,, but didn't look that way on rec gov) We had a nice large site, but the gravel was all but gone. Pulled in on a rainy day ... What a mess!!! Park has nice pier just for fishing, that ev en has benches, and a boat ramp with courtesy dock. If you choose the right waterfront site, you can keep your boat on the shoreline, behind your camping spot ( no sewer connection at waterfront sites) . We stayed in early November, in a 31 foot 5th wheel; whole sections of the Park were closed for the slow season.

We used to love this campground! We have stayed here the last 5 years on a row! Very upset when they wouldn't the family and friends in, that traveled from far away and didn't arrive until after 10 p.m.. It has never been a problem in the past and they didn't say anything about it when we booked our 11 camping spots for our framily reunion. We will look elsewhere next year!

We stayed in Coperas Creek Campground at Lake Proctor over the Fourth of July. We made our reservations well in advance of the holiday weekend. A computer glitch due to the closure of the lake because of flooding caused our reservations to be canceled. Kudos go to lake ranger James Berger, Army Corps of Engineers Chad at the Dublin office and others who were involved in getting these restored. As a result of this we had a wonderful weekend and had about 50+ family members come in on various sites to enjoy the lake. Thanks to all and we will be back again next year.
