A rustic campground, set In the woods of the Berkshire foothills. Most sites are secluded & under tree cover, with dirt / gravel roads. Although they have "pull thru" sites for our RV, we have opted for the back in sites when staying here for more privacy and to be right against one of their lakes. We have a 34' rig & at times it has been challenging to maneuver through their property due to tree's & brush. Their bathrooms aren't as clean as to be expected, but are private "all in one" style. They have lots of family activities, a playground, cabins, glamping tents, a basketball court, horseshoes pits, an RC race track, community fire pit, a few lakes, heated pool, mini golf, a laundromat, propane filling station, and several dumping stations.

My grandmother has enjoyed a seasonal site at this campground for the past two to three years, and it has truly become a wonderful place for our family to gather. The variety of activities, along with the inviting pool, make it a very pleasant camping destination. Kris is an excellent manager whose efforts create a welcoming and well-organized environment. I am always happy to return and look forward to many more visits.

We rented the rustic 1 bedroom cabin to see how our dog would acclimate to camping. Prospect Mountain did not disappoint. The cabin was located in front of one of the ponds and the view was awesome. The cabin was spacious enough for the 2 of us and our dog it had a mini fridge, A/C and a microwave which was super convenient. The restrooms/shower faciliites were just a few yards from the cabin which was also great. The restrooms and showers were very clean and well kept. The campground also offers a heated pool, minigolf and RC car racing but we did not take advantage of those amenities but they did look fun. It was a great relaxing experience and we cannot wait to go back.

I had a wonderful time there day and night! The grounds are tidy, beautiful, spacious, full of amenities and a well stocked store. The staff and fellow campers created a delightful atmosphere, and the cherry on top was the glorious night sky! It was literally awesome to be able to bask under the glow of the Milky Way all night with a chorus of bullfrogs as the backdrop. I look forward to returning often!

Place is huge, not enough bathrooms for the amount of camp sites, we stayed in a rustic cabin bathroom were near by but always long wait because they are single toilet and shower. These place is where city crowds go camping and not for the ones who enjoy nature, quite walks, and camp fires in silence with a book, lots of stuff to do, music everywhere, people are loud,(at least everyone was seem happy), pool was nice if it wasn't for the wrestling, diving, yelling from everyone (kids and adults, I guess they consider that fun)These is more like a upscale trailer park. If you are not a city (more inner city) family, this place is not for you. It wasn't for us but we took it as an experience for our kids to get out of their comfort zone and see how other communities and cultural backgrounds behave and for that we are thankful.
