The last time that we stayed here we stayed in a deluxe cabin and the plumbing was backed up. The pool was “out of order” but was full of water and seemed like they just didn’t want kids in it. The miniature golf course was poorly kept. The staff were unfriendly. Not family friendly.

Great area with excellent amenities The staff at the office was incredibly helpful and they had essentials stocked up if you needed them. Highlyyyy recommend.

The community center room was rented for a school celebration. The place was clean & convenient. Good layout, with multiple bathrooms well situated. If you are looking for a medium sized meeting/celebration room in this area; this is the perfect centralized place in the area. I did not have to speak with the managing staff, so I can't review the reservation process.

We were here in mid-April, nice folks. Not very busy, small Kamp K9, and it was not one of the cleaner campgrounds we've been in. We will travel a little further to stay elsewhere in the future. VIEWS WERE AMAZING 👏

Stayed here with our RV for one night. The owner, Rubens, was incredibly nice. We were looking for some sightseeing to do around the area, and he didn’t hesitate to sit down with us and make a proposal plan. Had great fun chatting with him. Furthermore the bathrooms were spacious and the showers were nice and hot. You can hear a little road noise from the I-25 nearby, although that didn’t bother us at all. If you’re in luck, you can see a lot of stars at night and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. All in all will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Colorado again!
