Horrible cancellation policy. Charged $107 on a $210 reservation and cancelled four months before the reservation. Just sucks.

Great campground in the city. Sites are clean and level. The bathrooms need updating. Shower stalls are very small, with no place to get dressed. Besides the bathrooms being a bit wonkie, it's a great place to camp!!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location, close to town. Kayaking on the upper Iowa River was beautiful. Scott was very accommodating and took us out to the site where we wanted to put in the kayaks he lent us. The campground was spacious with a lot of grassy areas. Close to the highway but was pretty quiet at night.

Love this campground. My brother and I come here every year for a brothers get a way. Great trout fishing stream runs right down the middle of the campground, and the Iowa river runs along the east side. Easy to get to just outside of town.

This campground is our happy place! It is pristinely kept and the staff are so kind & welcoming. The bathrooms are always maintained very well along with all the sites. The location is superb! The beautiful crystal clear trout streams run right through the campground making it a refreshing place to be. Can’t recommend it enough!!

It's a nice campground, but very non-private. You hear your neighbors that could be loud as could be, with absolute no privacy at all. I guess I'm just used to camping in Wisconsin where every single spot was private. Some, I know weren't as private, but I never saw an unopened campsite that you can literally see everything. Not the happiest camper. I most likely won't go back, unless there are more private camp sites the next time I go. They did have wood to buy at $5/bundle, which is fair. There are spots to grill or have a fire, which is nice. People were nice at the store, and they had some nice swag that you could purchase at a very fair price. I guess it's just annoying to me as all get out to hear kids crying and screaming, beer buddies being so loud, because they were so close to us.

Campground in a park like setting by the water, bike trail and sidewalks. Easy access to town, nearby brewery, BBQ, and laundry. The campground is very family friendly, staff are accommodating. Showers on site. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful clean campground with mostly level sites. The sites have adequate water and electric hookups. There are pull through and back in sites as well as tent sites. Most have some shade. There are nice toilet and shower facilities and a small store. This is a very popular location and I would recommend reservations.

Municipal campground. Slept here overnight to shorten our drive to home in Minnesota the next day. We would stay here again. Camp is clean and maintained. Tent site, with electric, and these sites are along the stream. Layout is two rows of tents: one, close to the stream and a row in front of those. Small campground and RVs may have trouble parking and leaving, but there were plenty here. It was a busy place leading into Independence Day weekend. My criticism is that the showers do not have enough hooks or a shelf space.
