This place is the biggest dive hole I've ever been too .. my girlfriend lives there and for one the worst thing is the stench of suwage as you drive in . I noticed water on road that was coming out of the ground . 2 the management does nothing around there except drive by when u have visitors ... Rude. Half the people there are barely making ends meet most have not paid for up to a year I was told.. this place is very isolated and a fire was just burnt there and spread over 600 achers . Started accidental combustion surrounded the RV park burning right up to trailers and fire department had all residents stay in place there was no way out the road along interstate 5 was fire unpassable so these residents were scared to death ... This place is a health hazard both to humans and the environment ! It really should be shut down . It used to be a respectable vacation spot in its day not anymore ...

Place is a dump!!! Has full hookups though. Most rvs there are permanent and dumps. No amenities that are working. Only positive is it’s in the hills, only place to stay before hitting LA.

Still Waiting on my $50 deposit for the gate clicker to be returned. I texted, emailed, and called, but no response reply or answer. I paid $915 for a months stay Aug 27 - Sept 26 (I even checked out a day early (Sept 25). I left the clicker on the bench just like I was told to through a text message. -It is now Oct 12th... -Oct 26th 2024 still no refund or response -Dec 10th 2024 still no refund or response

This place is not well kept, appearance wise, but I give it 5 stars because it is inexpensive, has full hookups, all pull thru spots, and is gated. Part of it looks ok, I saw a big swimming pool... in all, great for overnight stays but less than ideal for a long stay with kids.

The location was easy to find. We stayed overnight 1 night. Getting inside was a bit tricky because there is a gate. You have to call to get in. The groundskeeper (?) came to let us in during normal checkin hours after waiting for like 10 minutes, and the office was closed. The website advertised many different facilities and activities, none of which were open because they were all broken. The RV spot itself was fine. All utilities worked. Wide spot, easy to pull through. The gravel has stickers and sharp pokers in it. Make sure you check your shoes. A couple fell off in our RV and stabbed some feet. The womens bathrooms here are absolutely disgusting. The restroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. There was one working stall that wasn't absolutely horrible that we used. None of the showers worked. The community is pretty quiet. Didn't hear anything from the neighbors or see much of them. I wouldn't stay here again, though. It's not a great first impression at all. The staff were nice, though! That's one thing that was nice. Nice and close to Pyramid Lake, too! Also they sell propane if you need it which is very convenient and deserves to be mentioned.

We were not aware that the bathrooms/showers would be locked. I saw something on the website after we left. Every other park where we stayed on a 5 week trip had showers available.

The place is a dump! WiFi doesn’t work at all! Cable TV inly has 12 stations which only 3-4 are worth watching. Lots of run down trailers (people live there) Jacuzzi is mostly empty what water is in it is black! Dogs barking 24/7 and the owners are rude! At $48 a night it is WAY over priced! Definitely no “resort” save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!

So far so good, the staff here is very helpful, and the spot was easy access, and everything has worked fine. The restrooms are under renovation, but the pool is open. The jacuzzi is not working, but the dog park is rather large.

We had a great experience here. The staff was really friendly and laid back. Feels very country/rural. Beautiful location surrounded by the Angels national forest. Minutes from the Lake. Minutes from the Atv off-road trails. Gated camp ground. Mini golf, swimming pool, play ground, basketball, volley ball, hiking trails, laundry. I would recommend this camp ground, especially for the lake and the hiking.
