Quail Creek Campground

Quail Creek Campground is an excellent location featuring a lake, stunning views, and campsites that have been recently renovated. The sites will be in sun during the day, and there isn't much shade, which can be hot during summertime. This site is conviently located about 45mins from Zion NP. Red Reef NR is also very close. Snow Canyon State park is also nearby. It has some really really nice recently built restrooms/showers! One of the better campsites in the St George area.

We were at campsite #23 and loved our stay here! It was peaceful, quiet and close to quail creek reservoir. There’s lots of water spigot around, near almost every campsite! And the shower facility was AMAZING!!! Shower had strong pressure, hot water, was super clean and newly renovated to look so modern! It’s also only 10min away from sand hollow so you can have the best of both worlds. That’s what we did when we did a 4D3N camping trip :) We went in early September and it was still pretty hot. It was quite windy too. I’d recommend building a tarp if you want to have more shade and shield from the wind.

Camp ground is nice and clean. The restrooms are nice. The water is really low this year though. Still beautiful.

Nice campground, spacious spots. Only 50 sites available. Nice to be near the lake, but the spots farther away are higher and have much better views. Lots of beach access trails. I am in spot 38. It’s decent, right next to a beach access path. A bit of a walk to the bathrooms. The showers are clean and nice! Hookups are electrical and water, sewer for camp hosts only. Campground staff and nice and helpful.
