Lived there 14 years. Cohron's forced me out so they could have my lot space. This allows them to put their home on my rented lot to generate more income. Very unethical!!. Had no consideration for their tenants. Did maintain parka Very well.

Quail Creek is owned by a family, not a corporation so the management here is more friendly & open to helping. The park is well-maintained, mobile home owners are required to keep up their yards, & its a quiet park with no rowdy parties, no loud neighbors. Just a great place to live. Been here 12 years & very happy.
