We brought our little pop-up just for a quick getaway. Super clean bathrooms, very friendly people. Lots of trees. We spent the day at Lake Francis and loved it. So quiet and private. Very nice hosts. Thank you!

Rv park, but be careful because if you vehicle has trouble in the heat the incline to it will have your car all steamed up and blowing smoke. I just about blow my engine

Manager Pamela very helpful. Beautiful setting camping and long term. Reasonable rates, full hook ups restrooms w/showers laundry room. Sites are gravel. 475$ a site with a couple premiums. 4 stars only because not concrete or paved streets. But still nice place. AT&T best phone service no wifi. Owners now adding Starlink. Some residents have direct TV also. The owners have recently added a area for our pest to play and be safe. Thank you Joe-ed and Pamela Roscoe is happy 🐕 dog. They've also added Starlink internet.

Would give 5 but only thing missing is paved driveway and concrete slabs to park on. But the park is for long and short term very good managers great maintence man very helpful. Washer dryer and restrooms w/showers cost minimal. Enjoy the forest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Quail Ridge RV resort and it was one of the best camping experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly packed up our gear, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Nestled amidst towering trees and surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it felt like we had discovered a hidden gem. There is Sly Creek reservoir few miles away from the campground, which was absolutely beautiful. The campsite itself was meticulously maintained, showcasing the dedication and care of the staff. The spacious and well-defined camping spots provided ample privacy, allowing each group to have their own little slice of paradise. The grounds were clean and well-groomed, with abundant shade and plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Owner Pamela deserves a special mention for her warm and welcoming demeanor. She was always ready to assist with a smile, providing helpful recommendations for hiking trails, fishing spots, and nearby attractions. Furthermore, the campsite offered a range of activities that catered to different interests. There are volleyball, badminton nets, and lots of toys for kids to play with. I wholeheartedly recommend this campsite to fellow nature enthusiasts seeking an exceptional getaway.

The setting of this place is incredibly serene and peaceful, surrounded by nature and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's conveniently located near a lake and hiking trails, making it an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. The hot showers and clean bathrooms were an added bonus that made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I would give this place an A+ for its relaxing atmosphere and secluded location.

Sites are quite big. Plenty of room to set up temporary fencing for your pets or hang out under the awning. Pamela is who you communicate with prior to arrival. She is very helpful and informative. Check in process went fine except that it was a bit disorganized. Recommend you inquire as to your assigned site number (or options) prior to arrival in case no one is in the office. Pamela and her husband are new owners and it is evident that they have done a LOT of clean up there. The area is absolutely beautiful with so much area to hike where you are not likely to see another human. We were nestled nicely in the trees. While it is a bit cluttered at some of the sites due to long time residents having a large amount of stuff around their trailers (and some VERY old trailers), everyone is respectful of each other's space. Owners & Maintenance guy are super nice and helpful. Laundry Room was great with several washers & dryers, but bring your own laundry soap. There is no soap there to buy. Bathroom is a single stall with one shower but if your in an RV, that probably isn't an issue. If you need cell service, get one of those AT&T Go Phones (or whatever they are called these days). Only AT&T gets services up there. Lastly, I would say this is a 4 star RV Park. I gave it 5 stars because I feel that the 1 & 2 star reviews were unfair so I wanted my review to help get the overall stars back up where I think it belongs. There is still a lot of work to do there, but overall, it was a lovely area and experience.

We found this trailer/rv park quite by accident while scouting out places to stay in our 2015 Solaire for a few months. The manager AT THE TIME (Chris G.) was the deciding factor on staying. While the park resembled a trailer park with old trailers in poor repair, the sites were not groomed at all, the electric boxes were covered in cobwebs, and looked NOTHING like the pictures online, Chris was the most warm, friendly, and personable manager we had met in some time..so we decided that if she could put us in a front spot away from the riff-raff we would give it a shot. We noticed there were some electric and sewage issues the "maintenance" man had not addressed, so my husband offered his knowledge and eventually became a volunteer second maintenance person for the manager in exchange for rent. Unfortunately there were so many issues in this park that he nor Chris could keep up, especially when under the thumb of a micro managing owner who resided in Reno, and had no idea of the daily operations of a park. Both my husband and Chris continually worked to improve the park itself and meet all the residents needs, only to be undermined by the remote owner. Chris continued to be the reason we stayed at this park as long as we did, through backed up sewer lines, the stench of faulty sewer pond, flooded sites, and a lack of budget or interest from the remote owner to improve or maintain the park in a consistent manner. Unfortunately Chris (a 72 year old disabled woman with a bad hip) was not provided a golf cart or means to efficiently monitor the grounds on daily basis, so there was illegal activity going on she was not aware of. Regardless of the issues, we had formed a friendship and chose not to leave Chris in this position. The day she passed away in her home, we happily packed up our gear and left within hours.

I have called several times to both phone numbers... no one will answer and no one will call me back... i really want to make reservations for June before we head back to TN ☹️ Is this place not open right now?

Really good place far up in the mountains. Good residents, mostly seniors. Good handyman who has kept the place running through every owner for around 20 years or more. Nice environment. Fair price. Must have your own rv or mobile home, No rentals available. Animal and kid friendly. Showers and laundry. Full hook ups. Usually fully occupied.

A great place to park a transfer trailer while delivering agg material.
