Its a shame because I think the park itself is a nice facility but unfortunately they have the wrong people running it. I get the impression that the reservation receptionists are tenants of the park and that's why making a reservation feels more like a job interview and less like people who want your business. We travel in our rig 5 months out of the year and this was by far the weirdest reservation process I have ever encountered. After answering 20 min of questions ranging from pertinent, to bazar, and sending emailed photos of our 2 year old rig(?) they never made a reservation for us after saying they had. Thank god I had enough of a bad taste in my mouth to call and confirm before I arrived or the situation would have been much worse. Took my business around the corner to Mountain View RV Park and they are amazing. So friendly, accommodating and made me feel like they appreciated my and my friends business.

This is by far the best Rv park we’ve stayed at! The staff is amazing. Sierra vista is just 15 mins away. They have the cleanest bathrooms. And did I mention the staff. They make you feel like this is home and you are family! The sites are big and pull through. I have a 45 footer and I can park my 2 trucks and still have a cute yard to set up! The dog park is amazing to run my Cash. The park is huge so I have plenty of safe space to walk and get my steps in. Most importantly I feel safe! Everyone is so friendly!!

LARGE lots__small prices! There are many reasons I love being here @ QuailRidgeRV. The large lot and price brought me here....the beautiful people keep me here! Many friendly faces. This park offers 2 laundry rooms( w HOT water), a clean and well lite Shower/bath area, 2 dog parks(well kept), a propane fill Station and 2 clubhouses and monthly, weekly activities for socializing! I feel SAFE anywhere I go in this park, and being a 'mature' adult, that also is very important to me. Yes there are complaints from some, but that's life; some folks live differently. If you are looking for a safe, clean, well maintained, and happy place to hang out for a while.....try it out!! QUIAL RIDGE RV PARK, I believe this may be your perfect place! Wendy

My wife and I have been at Quail Ridge RV Resort for a few years now. It's a very nice park, but what sets it apart from other parks is the staff. They all go above , and beyond to help with our needs. The manager Cherry is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Always there to help. Cherry , and the staff are what make the park !
